Bad experience. No customer service
Pros:

I couldn't use the property because it was locked. There was no receptionist and the telephone number given had no response when called.

Cons:

Everything because I couldn't access the property let alone use any the facilities.

Perfect place and location for a catch up with friends

Staff very friendly , everything we needed for a one night stay. Would recommend.

I would highly recommend this place. Provided all i needed and was clean and comfortable. Well done

Clean and comfortable. Lovely little balcony to use. Breakfast was a choice of cereals which i liked and had use of a fridge and kitchen. The staff were friendly and the venue itself quiet which i'd not necessarily expected given it was above a pub.

Cons:

I had problems turning up the sound on the TV but it could just have been me.
