Pros:

The hotel's location near the lake and other amenities, and close to a variety of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

Cons:

The complimentary breakfast was a little "bland" and could do with more variety (eg: tomato slices to go with boiled eggs, etc), plus the toasters kept on breaking down - this could be improved, otherwise all else was OK.

Mittelmäßiges Hotel in guter Lage

Wir waren 2 Nächte mit unseren Kindern in diesem Hotel um Kelowna und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist im großen und Ganzen völlig in Ordnung. Es war sauber und die Betten waren bequem! Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Zimmer, es roch dermaßen nach Urin und trotz Beanstandung tat sich nichts. Der Geruch war dauerhaft da..wir haben uns gefreut als wir wieder abreisen konnten. Ich denke nicht das alle Zimmer so riechen. Würde nächstes Mal aber ein anderes Hotel wählen. Hätte mir eine andere Reaktion/ oder als Vorschlag einen Zimmerwechsel gewünscht aber wir wurden nicht ernst genommen.

Чистота, современная ванная и сантехника, очень комфортное постельное белье и подушки и матрас, вкусный завтрак и персонал сделал детям не завтрак детские вафельки это было очень мило

Tolle Lage mit kurzem Weg zum See
Pros:

Tolles, zentral gelegenes Hotel! Die Lage ist perfekt: der See ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefüllt.
