Mooi hotel in centrum van Kelowna
Pros:

Centraal gelegen in centrum van Kelowna. Alles op loop afstand. Ruime kamer, met uitzicht op jachthaven en meer. Goed continentaal ontbijt. Hotel ligt in een straat die niet toegankelijk is voor auto's. Het is even zoeken naar een parkeerplaats om in te checken, dit kan in steegje aan achter zijde van het hotel. Parkeer garage van hotel is beschikbaar, indien plaats, aanvullende gratis parkeer plaats buiten is aanwezig.

Pros:

Excellent location. Pleasant staff. Great breakfast. Would stay again.

Cons:

Parking is first come, first served. Reception should share a pin with car park entrance in Booking.com or the welcome email as it’s not easy to locate.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr interessiert. Zimmer und alle anderen Bereiche sind sehr sauber. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

The royal anne is our traditional stay every Canada trip, love everything about this hotel, one of our favourites
Pros:

Great central location, staff are always friendly, extremely helpful and welcoming in regards to luggage storage, early checking etc.

Communication prior to arrival very good in respect to road closure and parking. Location is good.

Back entrance and parking. Didn’t feel safe.

Location close to park and restaurants but area doesn’t feel safe.
Pros:

Central location, and good free complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

The area around the hotel is full of homeless people and heavy drug users, so the first impression is not good.
Rooms are a bit dated and the fitted carpet is smelly.

Pros:

Mooie ruime kamers. Goed ontbijt, fijne mensen in de bediening bij het ontbijt en in de lobby. De ligging is fantastisch midden in het centrum. Kelowna is een leuke plek om een paar dagen te zijn. Service is goed.

Cons:

Er hangt een wat muffe geur in de kamer. Ik denk dat het tapijt een reiniging kan gebruiken? Verder is dat niet hinderlijk. Als je airco aanzet is het gauw verdwenen.

Great hotel for a short stay, great breakfast and bed!
Pros:

Super easy to find, staff were lovely and room was huge. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, super clean and good facilities. Great location for a few nights as pretty central!

Cons:

Shared balcony on our floor was quite odd, having strangers stood outside your room!
