Super accueil, hébergement tout confort
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, accueil très chaleureux, chambre spacieuse et propre avec une excellente literie. Bon petit déjeuner. Parking de l'hôtel fermé.

Légère odeur indéterminée dans la chambre (humidité ?)

Comfortable and clean room of decent size. Location is v good re town centre and restaurants etc.

Cons:

A number of homeless and drug users about particularly in the blocks behind the hotel.

Långt över förväntan!
Pros:

Ett av de bästa rum jag någonsin sovit i! Otroligt lyxig känsla, välstädat och fräscht. Väldigt trevlig personal. Parkeringen var gratis. Frukosten ingick och var helt ok. Oerhört prisvärd vistelse!

Cons:

Egentligen inget. Frukosten var helt ok, men inte mer.

We loved our stay at this friendly hotel and Kelowna is a lovely town with a great community

The location great, the breakfast plentiful with a good choice of options, comfortable clean rooms & the staff all great :)

Cons:

A bit overpriced but we realise most Canadian hotels are compared to the UK

Perfect room in the heart of downtown Kelowna
Pros:

Het hotel is perfect gelegen in het hart van de stad. We hadden een mooie ruime kamer (daar was wel even een probleem mee bij het inchecken, maar het personeel heeft dat onmiddellijk opgelost, waarvoor onze dank). Prima bedden.

Cons:

Ontbijt is inbegrepen maar redelijk beperkt. Je moet er op tijd inchecken als je van de parkeergelegenheid gebruik wil maken.

Good location, not very quiet
Pros:

Location to Prospera Place. Before we're comfortable. Breakfast included had a good selection.

Cons:

Rooms looked god but smelled very musty.
Would be great if there were "family floors" family of 5 across from us was so noisy and constantly slamming their door. I asked more than twice for them to keep it down after 10pm on a Wednesday night.

Pros:

Location & parking garage w/ elevator to floors. The 4th floor view of the marina w/a little balcony to step out on was terrific. Also the eggs & variety of fresh fruits at breakfast were wonderful w/an also great cup of coffee.

All good.
