Wäre gerne auch länger geblieben.
Pros:

Familien-geführtes Hotel. Reichhaltiges Frühstück inklusive. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Management. Schönes, helles Zimmer mit gutem Platzangebot. Tiefgarage mit limitiertem Platzangebot, ansonsten Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel. Zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt.

Location, ideal for all we needed. Close to the harbour and restaurants.
Great help with directions from Tanaka, the reception staff member, helped us to park the car, there were road closures nearby making it difficult for a stranger to the town.

Cons:

Several streets were pedestrianised for the summer. It made access to our hotel very difficult especially as we arrived on a weekend so the traffic was heavier.

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location
Pros:

Great stay! The breakfast was good, the location was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only downside was the small parking lot.

Great hotel for family stays.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly, the location was great, really nice that treats were provided for our dog, loved the cookies set out in the evening! Breakfast was great!

Cons:

Parking garage was REALLY tight! But no real problems. It was a nice stay!

Very friendly staff. Room was comfy and spacious. Great location. Arrived late in the day (7pm ish) and still got a parking spot

Pros:

Great location, and gorgeous views from hotel suite.

The room/carpet stank of stale cigarettes, which really took from the experience.

Festive stay for Canada Day!
Pros:

Really liked the location. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast and snacks through the day were a really nice touch.

Cons:

Parking was limited but available. There was a large number of unhoused people around the hotel. Although they were kind, I still couldn’t not use the alleyway alone and this was a point of entry to the hotel. I’m not sure what would have made me feel more safe
