Nuestra habitacion fue un paquete de desayuno y cena, esta vez no me gusto la comida estaba un poco fria y nada que ver los platillos [ barbacoa, sopa del dia, salchichas enchipotladas, paella, etc etc [ ningun alimento acompañaba al otro y tenias k esperar a k el k estaba encargado ahi se asomara para preguntar si tenian cafe o leche x k por supuesto la cafetera no estaba.

Buscaré otro hotel la siguiente vez....era nuestra luna de miel

Siempre hemos estado escogiendo este hotel porque cada que vamos nos parece bonito y una buena ubicación.
La verdad es que ya le falta mucho mantenimiento Y el personal que actualmente contrataron deja mucho que desear.
Bravo por la recepción!!! Aunque nos dieron hasta las 3pm la habitación, nos ofrecieron una en el sexto piso que la verdad tenía muy bonita vista.

Cons:

Queríamos comer mariscos y la marisquería nunca estuvo abierta, queríamos unas toallas para la alberca y no tenían toallas en la tabaquería nos dijeron que subiéramos por las toallas de la habitación... después no teníamos toallas para el baño... Nadie quiso llevar las toallas. Hasta que le dijimos a una recamarista con su carrito de servicio.
