No habia servicio para trasladar las maletas a las habitaciones, en una de las piscinas habia un animalito (ave)muerto al parecer más de un dia lo que quiere decir que no habia personal para aseo

que cierren la puerta del malecon , no descuentos pata adultos mayores , una vez pedi el cafe mas cargado y me cobraron 90 pesos por que eran dos shots ,no creo que sea correcto por que el cafe era muy light ,tambien creo el servicio de lavanderia es muy caro .
No me dijeron que la tarjeta-llave solo sirve para ir al piso se mi habitación. Salí a buscar hielo y me dijeron que en el piso superior, por lo que la tarjeta no me sirvió ya que estaba en el segundo piso. Me la pase paseando en el elevador.....

ubicación, confort, vista, area de bar en el jacuzzi
en la descrpicon venia que tenia tina el baño de la habitación, y cuando nos entregaron el cuarto no tenia, pedimos un par de cafés americanos y hotcakes a la alberca y tardaron casi 1 hora en llegar...

El elevador es un show, tiene estacionamiento pero te cobran aparte del costo de este y baño tenía pelos
