Amazing staff, hotel needs improvement
Pros:

Great list cation. Staff is professional, helpful and extremely nice

Cons:

Poor a/c(doesn’t work from the room, i hv to call the reception) the shower floods the bathroom and bedroom.
Insects coming out if the bathroom cracks

La ubicación muy buena y la calidad del hotel

Cons:

Un día no pudimos entrar al hotel porque vino el rey y cerraron todo alrededor. El hotel podría habernos avisado para organizarnos.
