Excellent location within 100 metres of the main railway station. Great local bus services can get you around to all the tourist areas.
Room did feel a little on the small size but did have a lovely balcony with table and chairs. Bathroom was spacious. Breakfast is a great option to take with a good range of continental breakfast items, plus hot and cold drinks.
Lovely outdoor pool area.
The staff were very helpful and polite.

The pool, the bath, access to train station and kind staff.
Small room (queen) and hitting off the radiator alot as bed and wall where inches apart. Only one plug to charge phones etc.
Wonderful location for getting to all parts of lordes ,bus stop right infront of hotel and railway station small train that takes you around the town also stops infront of hotel.
Had two evening meals at hotel restaurant both were very good lots of choice at breakfast also
Only complaint i could find was our room was a little dated so only one plug that the fridge was attached to had to disconnect fridge every night to charge phone,could do with more sockets

Some aspects are nice
Location - across from train station was very convenient. Bus stop in front of station - Bus L5 will take you to Sanctuary/ Grotto, as well as near Chateaufort. Several other buses from there go all over and taxi rank at station. You buy tickets on the bus or at stand by Sanctuary stop.
Room was very quiet and comfortable, AC was excellent. Has fridge and elevator.
Staff were helpful and attentive. Very clean.
Breakfast gives you a variety of choices and the pastries area was extensive.
My husband enjoyed the pool (but mentioned it was not heated.
Memorable views of the Pyrenees Mountains.
No AC in restaurant- so during heatwave could not last there for a meal. Staff were wonderful and let us take our food on a tray back to our Air Conditioned room. It was great.
Restaurant menu could add regular spaghetti and bolognese.

Giusto per trovare il pelo nell'uovo e aiutarsi a migliorare anche chi nn ne avrebbe bisogno:
Il balconcino fuori dalla camera che da' sulla strada e' un po' datato e andrebbe sistemato. Si nota perché l'albergo in generale è proprio bello
E la doccia e il portasapobe, pur essendo nuovissimi, nn sono di facile utilizzo... ci abbiamo messo un po' a capire come funzionano
