Waste of money staying there
Cons:

The fact that they have wheelchair access but no ADA accessible rooms available for handicapped people in wheelchair. No grab bars in showers which it should be mandatory for all hotels to have for disabled & senior citizens. I understood that they didn’t have ADA rooms upon request but was told in an email that they would provide me with a shower chair & upon checking in there was none available & because rental was thru a 3rd party they did not accommodate me what so ever. Not very friendly or helpful.

Location is definitely an asset, also price quality ratio is satisfactory

Cons:

Our room had a peeling wallpaper which was a bit disturbing. Additionally, an AC machine was quite loud and pointed directly at one of the bed’s site. The room is also quite small, but I guess it’s normal given the price

Aqua Aloha Surf is still worth it!
Pros:

Good room with excellent view. Looks like new lifts installed & don't think I waited more than 2 min. Good friendly Reception. I had great bed, A/C & yes room still a little dated but it is an older hotel & cannot beat location & price. Cozy! Would stay again without hesitation. I appreciated the late check out made available (there was a cost but lower than I expected for half a day & made all the difference). Great stay.

Cons:

N/A... Some past reviews have been quite negative about this property but you need to consider price range, location & age of hotel & it appears they have & are still making improvements. When I am at the beach all day, a few rough edges in the decor don't really matter.

Rooms a bit dated, great service by staff
Pros:

When a facilities mishap happened in the bathroom of my original room, the front desk clerk was able to upgrade me to another room, so great service on his part.

Cons:

The room seemed a bit dated. The bathroom light fixture started leaking water from the room above me which caused me to have to move to another room.
