Not clean off top season
Pros:

Location - close to the sea/beach, next to a beautiful tree area infront of the beach, no problems with check-in or check-out.

Cons:

Was not clean at all, like noone sweeped/vacuumed the floor or anything really. Was off top season (in April) but I paid the normal price so therefore I expect a clean room. Was rather disgusting to see that.
I also didn't like and expect that the appartment I was in 2nd floor (idk if it is my bad for not seeing it or not).

Lage war super, direkt am Strand, Meerblick, schön ☺️

Cons:

Ausstattung sehr dürftig, Appartement grundsätzlich sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Schade, denn die Lage ist einfach unbeschreiblich gut ☺️

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Die Anlage ist fantastisch gelegen, für Familien herrlich. Genügend Spielplätze, Bars, Restaurants, Cafés; es war nicht alles in Betrieb, aber dennoch mehr als ausreichend. Und alles gepflegt und sauber.

Cons:

Die Unfreundlichkeit von Valentina an der Rezeption, als wir ein Problem meldeten und um Unterstützung baten. Sie hat uns behandelt wie lästige Bittsteller.

Es war ärgerlich!
Cons:

Wir wohnten ebenerdig, es regnete jeden Tag viel, Die Dachrinne war verstopft und ging jedes Mal über, wir hatten Angst, dass das Regenwasser bei der Terrassentür ins App hereinrinnt, Terrasse jedesmal voller Sand, Blätter…. Einfach ungut!

Einfach ein toller Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Die Aussicht,das Appartement war sauber und hell,die Umgebung ist für Kinder und Hunde ideal,viel Schatten im Sommer ist vorhanden.Der Pool und der Strand laden zum verweilen ein.Uns hat es dort sehr gefallen!

Cons:

Die Gäste werfen sehr viel Müll weg,aber das Personal bemüht sich sehr,dass es sauber ist!

Pros:

Zona perfetta anche per andare in centro, c'è il trenino che ferma all'interno della struttura e porta al centro di Umago. Noi eravamo agli appartamenti, nonostante fosse piccolo era dotato delle cose per cucinare, no phon lo abbiamo dovuto comprare.
Per non essere ancora in stagione ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Abbiamo avuto anche un problema alla finestra e sono venuti subito a risolvere.

Cons:

Purtroppo il tempo non è stato dei migliori e non siamo riusciti ad usufruire della piscina visto che è all'esterno. Purtroppo la stanza non era pulitissima ma ci abbiamo pensato un pò noi.
