Las habitaciones muy comodas, el lugar en muy buen estado en general.

This stay was amazing. We had a horrible flight and the hotel accommodated our very early check in the day of. It was so amazing and appreciated!! We loved Madrid and will absolutely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for a great place to relax while adjusting!

La habitación era muy amplia. Todo estaba muy limpio. En la recepción había agua fresca y en la habitación habían botellas de agua frías.
Está cerca de dos paradas de metro, conecta muy fácil y directo con el centro y con el Wanda Metropolitano.
Lo único la iluminación de la habitación, era muy cálida y tenue por lo que costaba verse para maquillarse. Pero nada importante.
Super bonito, buena cama, buen lavabo. Fuimos para un concierto y 10/10

La limpieza y la comodidad de la cama
El servicio de limpieza del hotel iba muy lento, lo que hizo que mi habitación se quedase sin limpiar ya que cuando volví por la tarde aún no habían hecho la habitación....
La habitación es una pasada lo cómoda y espaciosa que es, al igual que el baño. Una estancia de lujo en todos los sentidos tanto por las instalaciones del hotel como del personal que te atiende.
No usé el servicio de desayuno.
La ubicación muy buena para por donde tenía yo que moverme, ya que pude ir a pie a los dos eventos que tuve que asistir, con trayectos de entre 15 y 20 minutos.
En el servicio, podría tener por ejemplo una maquinilla de afeitar desechable.
Bulunduğu konum birçok metro hattına yakındı, kolaylıkla ulaşım sağlayabildik. Ayrıca havaalanından taksiyle ulaşmamız sadece 15dk sürdü. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Oda çok temizdi ve güzeldi. Son derece profesyonel ve güvenli bir tesis. Tekrardan tercih edeceğiz. Teşekkür ederiz
