Einmaliger Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage und die Bar mit ihrem Getränkeangebot

Cons:

Gebrauchte Brotdose im Bad, Haare in der Dusche, kein Flaschenöffner, nachts um 3 Uhr durch Weckdienst des Fernsehers aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Um 8.30 Uhr heftiges Klopfen des Hauskeepings. Frühstück wurde ab 9.45 Uhr nicht mehr aufgefüllt, obwohl bis 11 Uhr Frühstück angeboten wird. Kein Angebot eines 4 Sterne Hotels.
Wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist modern ausgestattet. Der Check-in war freundlich und einfach. DasPersonal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unsere Zimmer waren sauber. Die Matratzen sind recht hart, wir haben gut schlafen können. Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen, haben wir nicht gebucht.
In der Nähe ist ein Kaufland für Besorgungen.

Cons:

Das Manko ist die Dusche. Viel zu kurz, das Bad steht ständig unter Wasser. Der Zimmer-Service war mal da, mal nicht. Bei 3 Nächten fanden wir es nicht schlimm. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt sollte es allerdings regelmäßig sein.
Die Lage ist nicht ganz so günstig. Zum Hauptbahnhof zwar nur 10 min zu Fuss, aber an einem Drogenpark vorbei. Abends sollte man da nicht lang laufen. U-Bahn-Station Berliner Tor sind auch nur 10 min fussläufig und wesentlich angenehmer.
Als Tip: vor dem Hotel sind kostenpflichtige öffentliche Parkplätze. Pro Tag nur 10 Euro.

Gute Lage, trotzdem enttäuschend
Pros:

Etwa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss vom Hauptbahnhof. Bushaltestelle und U-Bahn in der Nähe. Zimmer sauber, Frühstück ok.

Cons:

Die seltsam düstere Einrichtung scheint sich leider auf das Gemüt des Personals zu schlagen, das lustlos seine Arbeit verrichtet. Da wir zu früh waren haben wir zuerst das Gepäck dagelassen und erst später eingecheckt. Die Dame am Empfang hat es geschafft, uns zweimal zwar höflich, aber ohne ein Lächeln oder freundliches Wort "abzufertigen". Gardine im Zimmer an zwei Stellen aus der Schiene gerissen, farbloses, deprimierendes Zimmer.
