Memorable stay with friends.
Pros:

The location is very near to Sultanahmet Mosque, 2 mins walking distance, hagia sofea, plus historical attractions nearby. This is the main reason why we choose this hotel for 10days, to be able to pray fajr every morning at either sultanahmet mosque or hagia sofia (just opposite it). The receptionists and other staff were very helpful.

Forgettable experience and a waste of money
Pros:

Proximity to Blue mosque (200m) and Hagiya Sofia (300m) and shopping area. Faroukh (Night front office manager) was the only bright spot (sweet person) in our stay at Blue house. Worked really hard to make us survive during our stay

Cons:

Where do I start with? No air conditioner or even a fan available on the first day we landed. Unfortunately, had to keep the window open for any air. Was so hot that we couldn't sleep one whole night after travelling a total of 6 hours. Keeping the window open cost us badly as there were lot of roadside noise. Faroukh somehow managed a small table fan for us on the 2nd night as there were not enough fans available in the hotel. We were only told after checked in to the room that Turkey is in a transitional weather period and hence no A/C would be available until mid of may (apparently they convert the centralised A/Cs into heater mode during Winter and would take mid May to convert it back into A/C). Even if they did not want to convey this and disappoint the guests, the least they could have done is arrange table fans for every room rather asking us to open the windows and sleep. When we came in and tried to switch on the room A/C, had a cockroach running out of the vent. Absolute nightmare of a stay. There could be better hotels to stay if proximity is what you are looking for. Choose this place for a stay only if you are standing on the road at night with no place to go

Pros:

Très bon emplacement avec une terrasse donnant une très belle vue sur la Mosquée Bleue et Sainte Sophie.
Le personnel est accueillant et les chambres sont plus que convenables.

I love this charming place.
Pros:

The location and hospitality. It’s right in the heart of everything. Literally a five minute walk to Blue Mosque. The mosques can be seem from the rooftop restaurant. The hotel was charming. Loved that it has two restaurants. The food was great! The servers went out of their way to be helpful. They responded to my email inquiries in a timely manner before arrival. It was perfect! Will definitely stay again when we return to Istanbul.

Cons:

No complaints at all.
