Pros:

I'm not sure I've ever had such excellent service in a hotel. Arusyak (?) who checked us in after we'd got off the overnight train from Tbilisi was exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great, especially if you're vegetarian or vegan as there are lots of veggie options. There's also an ATM and exchange desk in the lobby which was handy.

Cons:

The breakfast room gets busy when they first open at 7.30am so it can get noisy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean.

The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of my stay. It offered a great variety of delicious food with many options, and everything was fresh and plentiful.

I would also like to thank the staff for their warm hospitality, kindness, and excellent service throughout my stay.

The location is another big advantage. The hotel is only about a 10-minute walk from Republic Square and the Opera House. There is also a bank, exchange offices, a supermarket, and many restaurants right next to the hotel, making it extremely convenient.

I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Lovely staff who were extemely helpful and fixed an issue with reservation. Ability to print our boarding passes and store luggage the next day for free.

It was very warm when we visited so complimentary waters were great, as was the air conditioning.

The view of Mt. Ararat from our room was incredible.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt im 10. Stock mit traumhafter Aussicht!

Wir hatten im April einen absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Ani Plaza Hotel! Unser Highlight war die Suite mit zwei Zimmern im 10. Stock. Die Aussicht über Jerewan war einfach atemberaubend – man konnte vom Kaskad-Komplex über das Opernhaus bis hin zum Hraparak (Republikplatz) alles sehen.
Die Zimmer waren zudem sehr sauber, gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Essen im Hotel war ausgesprochen fein und lecker. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an die Mitarbeiter: Alle waren extrem zuvorkommend, freundlich und in jeder Situation hilfsbereit. Es war alles bestens und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln – alles war perfekt!
