Poor experience.
Pros:

Charges for every little thing like leaving dirty dishes and usage of the stove $25 a day that is already in the room. Why not charge extra for the use of the toilet in the room?

Manager Diana not giving much about customers with a statement:"You interrupted my dinner at 8pm". So, in a nutshell, she can enjoy her dinner being away from work while we should pay additional money to cook our own dinner because for normal people it would not even cross your mind that anyone would charge a dime to use the stove that is already in the room you paid for (oh, apparently it was written somewhere in the bottom of the policy document which leaves the hotel as a winner in this situation, of course).

Outdated room.

Hotel accidental charge hold on your credit card for 2 weeks after check-out.

Pleasantly surprised!
Pros:

The space was very clean and there was plenty of room for 3 people. It was excellent each having our own bed. I appreciated the amount of storage space for luggage. A lock on the door as well as a security lock made us feel much safer as 3 women travelling together.

Cons:

The facility is just a little tired and needs a good renovation/update, but I truly appreciated how clean it was. Additional charge to use the kitchen wasn't appreciated and was therefore avoided.

Pros:

The location is convenient but the hotel is old, poorly maintained room, full of ants everywhere, use of stove in the kitchen is not included in the room price, sheets weren't changed as promised during our stay, loud street noise because of window A/C unit, towels not replaced some days.

Great Stay and Place.
Pros:

A spacious room with great amenities and such accommodating staff members. Will definitely book this place again if we come back to Vancouver. Jasmine from the front desk was super kind and helpful even with any special requests. Plus the place is located in the central areas with great food places nearby.
