- 2 ventilateurs à disposition
- 2 métros à proximité 🚉

Cons:

- Trop chaud même si 2 ventilateurs disponibles
- Manque de crochets pour prendre les serviettes
- Pas suffisamment de serviettes (2 grandes et 1 petites à se partager à 2). Demande faite 3 fois à l’accueil pour avoir une petite serviette supplémentaire mais nous ne l’avais jamais reçue
- Pas de prise près du lit

The room was large and so was the bathroom, there were 3 of us.

Cons:

We had to pay 50 pounds at the entrance as an extra fee, and they said they would refund it to our card. They lied and still haven't refunded it to this day! We had already made the full payment beforehand.

L emplacement juste à côté de 2 stations de métro, et nombreux commerces

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner asiatique (absence de petit déjeuner continental ou anglais), les couloirs étroits et le labyrinthe pour arriver jusqu'à la chambre, la salle de bain très petite, le fait que l eau dans la salle de bain soit impropre à la consommation, l insonorisation des chambres et des fenêtres simple vitrage.

Camera rezervata initial NU a fost conform pozelor de pe site-ul booking (classic twin room). Pereti deteriorati, mobila veche. Iar baia… piesele metalice ruginite, chiuveta curgea. Am sesizat problema si data fiind indisponibilitatea altor camere, am fost mutati ntr-un Premier Twin, care da, arata foarte bine. Baia noua, aer conditionat, televizor nou. Paturile cam mici pentru o persoana inalta. Salteaua destul de moale, pernele incomode. Daca stateam in camera initiala scorul ar fi fost 2. Pentru camera noua, as oferi un 7.

Cons:

Micul dejun extrem de monoton, putine variante. Iar daca nu doresti mancare asiatica, nu prea ai alte optiuni decat un ou sau cereale. Cafeaua destul de proasta.

Value for money near Hyde Park
Pros:

Convenient location close to shops, restaurant and 2 tube stations. 5 floor townhouse. Quiet neighbourhood away from all the hustles and bustles. Big 55" HD TV in the deluxe room. Elementary shower products and 2 ply toilet rolls.

Air-conditioned, newly refurbished. Helpful and friendly reception and kitchen staff. Had to store ny belongings before check-in and they kindly accommodate my request. Delicious breakfast buffet at Med Salleh restaurant.

There's a toilet in the basement which is accessible from the lobby for customers waiting which reminds me about hotels back home. XD

Cons:

Shower pressure and temperature, room rates, size and sound-proofing, hallway carpeting, lift size and speed could have been better.

The staff were friendly on our arrival and kept our luggage safe while we were at the event we went to

Our room had air con but second room we booked didn't, our room had a stain but the second room had mould in the bathroom and no air con.

Heerlijk verblijf.
Pros:

Vlak naast de metro 100 meter, naast de winkelstraat en restaurantjes Queens way.

Cons:

We hadden helaas een gezin boven ons met kinderen die tot 23 uur aan het rennen waren. Kan het hotel niets aan doen, maar dat was te horen.
