Pros:

Прекрасное местоположение, вкусный завтрак с большим выбором блюд! В комнате тепло, чисто и уютно! Также кофемашина в номере очень порадовала! Кровать удобная!
Мне достался хороший номер, но окна выходили на крышу! Если кто-то ценит вид из окна, то это надо учитывать!

Cons:

Подушки!!! В номере было 4 подушки и все они нуждаются в замене! Синтетический наполнитель свалялся в комки! В итоге спала без подушки!

Perfect location to visit Riga
Pros:

The hotel in the old town and was a perfect location for us, first time visitors in Riga. The room was quiet and very spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.
We just stayed one night but would return in this hotel next time in Riga.

Location was perfect, breakfasts amazing, staff friendly and helpful. The room had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The only downside is staying in a room in the old building that overlooks the street. Don't expect to get much sleep as the party goers are celebrating until the early hours.
There is a cafe downstairs but a bar would be perfect although appreciate there is very little space for this.

Extremely disappointing experience – not as advertised

Nothing positive to say about our stay. The room looked nothing like the photos advertised online. There were bars surrounding the bed, making the room feel like a prison rather than a comfortable place to relax and sleep.

On top of that, the room was dirty, with visible dust and stains. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards.

What made the experience even worse was the way the hotel handled our complaint. They acknowledged that we were right and that the room did not match the photos, yet refused to offer us an alternative room unless we paid extra.

We felt completely misled by the hotel's advertising and disappointed by their lack of customer service. We ultimately cancelled our entire booking rather than accept these unacceptable conditions.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and we will definitely not be returning.

Beliggenheten var helt super. Kort vei til det meste man ønsker å se som turist og når man ønsker å bo i gamlebyen. Betjeningen var behjelpelig, og området opplevdes veldig trygt. Noe støy fra utestedene, men ikke så mye at det var forstyrrende. Rommet var stort sett rent og ryddig. Kun pirk som gjør at de ikke får toppscore. Ønsker å bo her igjen!
