Morgenmad, beliggenhed

Cons:

Vi var 2 venner par. Vores venner fik en værelse med havudsigt. Vi fik en værelse hvor håndvask var stoppet, der lugtende af kloak på badeværelse, ingen kaffemaskine, i stueplan med udsigt til baghave, desuden så vi en skægkræ på værelset for samme pris som vennerne have betalt.
Fik dog tilbudt et nyt værelse som vi flyttende til.

Fantastic location in beautiful surroundings.
Easy to walk to all sightseeing spots.

Cons:

Our room was very outdated and a bit dirty. We had someone blasting music on the street every night until 10PM. Went to ask the staff to help take care of it but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Our room was also located in another building which meant it took almost ten minutes to walk to the reception. There was no phone in the room so could not call for help

Pros:

Utmärkt frukost och härligt med möjligheten att sitta ute i trädgården. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och vi kan rekommendera deras restaurang Friheten.

Great place to stay, comfortable and very friendly staff
Pros:

Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. There were two dining rooms, the main one downstairs became very crowded if you weren't there very early, and you couldn't get a table. Upstairs they didn't always have all the variety, but was good and quieter

Cons:

We would have liked to either have tea/coffee making facilities in our room, or a place to help ourselves to tea/coffee without bothering the busy reception staff

Old, outdated hotel in historic beautiful Visby
Pros:

Excellent location, good breakfast and comfy beds

Cons:

The hotel is quite old and outdated. The facilities are basic. Parking is not included and very expensive ($50/night). Overnight parking on public lots is free from 6 PM until 9 AM, so we did that. Plenty of spots available everywhere and a 3-5 minute walk to the hotel.
They gave us a room that was literally a 10 minute walk from the lobby. Long hallways and 2 elevators to get to our room.
