Le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Que il n'y avait pas des lampes de chevet et il fallait sortir du lit dans le noir pour aller au toilet ou pour allumer la lumière dans la chambre. J'ai demandé de changer de chambre, j'ai eu une chambre beaucoup plus petite avec des lampes de chevet qui fallait allumer en dehors du lit...J'ai dormi avec une lampe torche.
Comme la chambre était plus petite le prix aussi.
Quand je suis arrivé le premier jour on m'a remboursé mes arrhes. Le lendemain on m'a laissé une note sous la porte qu'on e pouvait pas me livrer mes vêtements car je n'avait pas d'arrhes. Donc il fallait descendre à la réception pour expliquer que ils me doivent de l'argent car ma chambre était plus petite. Un de "managers" m'avait proposé des fruits et vin pour se faire pardonner qui étaient livrés après le dîner le soir. J'ai parlé avec elle le lendemain pour lui dire qu'elle pouvait garder ses fruits net in, je ne retournerais pas chez eux. Elle me réponds que je lui faisait pleurer???

Pros:

It was my second time at this hotel. I love the location, not far away from Tiananmen Square and just in front of a metro station. Breakfast is varied with a lot of options.
Our suite had two floors with two bathrooms, two refrigerators and a safe box. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job. The hotel is always very clean and completely non-smoking. Air-conditioning worked really well.

Great location, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Great location. 15 min walk to Tiananmen Square. About 50m to the subway/metro. Plenty of food options nearby and others also within easy reach on the subway. Room was clean and comfortable. Only used the restaurant for buffet breakfast which offered a good choice - it can get busy at breakfast but we never had a problem finding a table (4 night stay). The hotel highlights when they think busy and quiet times are so you can avoid busy times if your plans allow.

Очень удобное расположение. Завтраки большой выбор (не острые). В номерах очень удобные кровати , не продавленные, белье свежее. Да гостиница не новая, но все чистенько. Мы остались довольны. Из за расположения считаю цену адекватной.

Great location, above average breakfast, impressive lobby - rooms/bathrooms need updating.
Pros:

Excellent location with shops and safe walking nearby. Good selection at buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. Room was fairly good.

Cons:

Hotel looked very nice from the outside and had a very impressive lobby. Restaurant for buffet breakfast was decent. However the room’s bathroom was a major disappointment - shabby and outdated.
