Overall we had a great stay.
Pros:

Really nice hotel at a good price. It was convenient, affordable, neat, clean and the staff was extremely helpful.

Cons:

There was local traffic noise.

Charming in Woonsocket, RI
Pros:

I liked the convenience of things that were close. I went to visit family and it was fifteen minutes from their home and so it made the very convenient to go back and forth without getting lost. The atmosphere of the hotel was good. The hotel was very clean and comfortable as well. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing to report. I had no complaints.

Why didn’t I get my points.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location was good.

Cons:

The lady working in the kitchen was not very nice and the front desk ppl were out smoking all the time. I wasn’t acknowledged as a rewards member and never received points for the stay. 2 rooms for 4 nites. Nothing.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

The front counter staff was extremely pleasant. The breakfast was better than usual. The biscuits with gravy were welcomed. The coffee was excellent. The room was comfortable with a nice chaise lounge. The room was clean and quiet.

Pros:

Was clean and staff were welcoming, nice and helpful. Would highly suggest offering shuttle to and from Gillette Stadium for big shows, games etc?! Parking there is a nightmare and ur customers might truly enjoy the service and would pay for sure considering parking there us $55 cheapest and thats 1 mile walk away! Would stay here again!!

Cons:

AC wouldn't go lower than 66° and was making strange noise every once in a while - but all in all- was great!

Good Hotel
Pros:

Staff was very good. Good value for the price.

Cons:

The AC in the room wasn’t very good. It was very confusing if the thermostat controlled it, or you just had to go directly to the unit.

Very clean; staff was excellent.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location was a new location for us, a little further than where we usually stay. But the price was better.

Cons:

There wasn't a microwave in the room; however, I don't think there was access to one in the lobby during off hours either. We wanted to heat up our takeout dinner.

Love the property very well lit the room was amazing clean and quiet

The only thing was the tv was very limited for the price and no guide menu so you could not see what was on that channel
