This beautifully-maintained Hilton is just steps away from the London Paddington Station.
Pros:

This hotel is located right next to the London Paddington Rail Station. It was so easy to roll our luggage a short distance right out of the station entrance. The room was spacious and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great, and there were cozy bathrobes to slip into.

Cons:

The only disappointment was the fact that there was no conditioner left in the shower. While the body wash and shampoo containers were full, someone had neglected to check on the conditioner.

覺得服務品質不值得房價
Pros:

地點優，到哪兒都很方便
房間的床好睡，有含早餐，早餐接代人員都很親切

Cons:

除了入住的第一天房間有放水之外，之后都沒有，經過我們一直打電話要求，仍拖很久很久還未處理、最後直接出去找打掃人員（剛好開門就看到），然而人員態度卻是不太理會，只好撇頭將水給我，但也只給2瓶（我們是住四人房型的），浴室洗澡的沐浴用品也沒有，也是一直要求才拿來，但還是拿錯的給我們🫩
入住時，低頭找東西，發現床下地板很髒，且還有不屬于我們的髒襪子

Lovely hotel but rooms dated
Pros:

Hotel entrance is lovely, well organised and the breakfast was nice

Cons:

For the price my room was very dated and basic, carpet had a huge stain too

Cons:

Während des ganzen Aufenthalts im Zimmer keine hygienebeutel vorhanden. Handseife war leer wurde auf Nachfrage gebracht aber nicht montiert. Kaffee und Tee wurden nur zweimal nachgefüllt. Lounge war an zwei Tagen sehr verdreckt und keiner hat sich zuständig gefühlt. Nachmittags Snack war oft leer und es hat gedauert bis es nachgefüllt wurde.
