Good location on Macquarie Uni campus, clean and comfortable room, large king sized bed
A bit tired and dated; on flight path to Sydney airport so a bit noisy first thing in the morning

Nothing everything was great
The mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The staff were welcoming and pleasant and the room was very large.
It was a very convenient location as I had a course at Macquarie University. The breakfast was excellent and the room was very comfortable.
There was some construction outside directly opposite my room and they started using tools and hammering at 7am. On my final day, there were fire checks and we needed to make sure our rooms were available from 7am.

Chromecast issue - was not able to stream from phone so tv was useless

Great location next to the hospital, perfect for us
Room was great, parking was fantastic at the back door
Staff were good, location good, parking good - but at a price,
handbasin water low was poor - hopeless, no stand to place suitcases, asked but none arrived, shower curtain would be better if longer, bathroom door swings the wrong way.

The heater didn’t work properly. Our room cards were disabled from early morning before we checked out. We went to reception and the staff activated the room cards but only for once entry. We were locked out again when we left the rooms before 10am. Such a bad experience.
Location was convenient for me. Plus available parking.
The air conditioner would only produce cold air. I turned it off during the night, but it was still very cold. I reported it the next morning and staff placed an electric heater in the room which helped. The iron was missing a water cap, which dropped water on my clothes while trying to iron them. I didn't like drinking out of plastic cups, there was no glasswear to drink from, in an age where we are understanding more about micro plastics, glasses to drink from especially for coffee is a must.
