Location great room comfy.
Pros:

It was close to the hospital where a family member was and the parking was easy also.

Cons:

The food eaten there was served like it was slapped up and no care taken and not value for money. We had Caesar salad with chicken and couldn’t eat it because there was so little dressing. No care taken in preparation.

Room felt dated, noisy fridge, iced up freezer and fridge component not working. Not mentioned until check in that parking was an extra fee

Suited our needs perfectly. Exceptional staff.
Pros:

The location to the hospital was fantastic. For a busy place the staff were proactive and their service and support exceptional. The hot water and showers were great. Best shower we’ve ever had away from home.

The pillows need replacing. They are either too high or too low. My neck was uncomfortable each morning.
