Excelente hotel

Very comfortable, would use again
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, good selection of food and great quality. The Hotel is a 10 Minute walk to the Milan Train Station and not far from all sites, definitely walkable or a short Taxi ride.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small, shower tiny. Noisy road below.

Good Hotel
Pros:

The hotel definitely deserves a 5-star rating. The breakfast staff was incredibly helpful, especially a wonderful lady whose name I unfortunately forgot

Cons:

However, my experience was ruined by the receptionist, who used foul language. I overheard him swearing twice in a single day. When I confronted him about it, he was clearly embarrassed to realize that I understand Italian

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir unsere Reise nach Mailand genießen konnten.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und insgesamt komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Frühstück in der angrenzenden Bar Clothilde ist ausreichend. Jeder kann etwas nach seinem Geschmack finden. Die digitale Technik bei der Nutzung des Fahrstuhls oder als Zimmerschlüssel gewährleistet Sicherheit. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreicht man bequem.

Cons:

Trotz vieler moderner Aspekte fehlt eine behindertengerechte Ausstattung oder wir haben sie übersehen. Wenn man beispielsweise aus dem Fahrstuhl kommt, muss man bis zum eigentlichen Ausgang noch ein paar Stufen überwinden.

Pros:

メトロの駅からのアクセスが良い。
フロントスタッフ、ハウスキーピーング、レストランスタッフ、みなフレンドリーで親切。
種類が多い訳ではないが、朝食のクオリティがよい。

Cons:

過去の口コミにもあった通り、バスタブの排水の流れは非常に悪く残念。
