The location, the staff, and the breakfast are the best parts of this hotel. The breakfast features several gluten-free options—thank you for that! It is truly comfortable despite its age
The shower was small and a bit uncomfortable. The laundry service was a bit disorganized.
Beautiful stay for last night in Italy! Beds and bathroom were comfortable, clean and updated.
Some noises that I didn't recognize along with street traffic but earplugs helped

Some of the light fixtures had bulbs that weren’t working, and the slippers were wafer thin
Everything! The hotel is located in a good business area and close to the metro and tram makes traveling quite convenient. The staff were helpful and particularly the staff at the restaurant for their breakfast service.
Not much to complain about. Our initial room that was given had a water leak and we were immediately moved to another room upon reporting the issue.
Very very clean! Good location (30 min walk to DUOMO, 1 min walk to porto nuovo)
Some rooms are old
Bed were very comfy, employees were great and always smiling. Location was great, it was very easy to catch a tram or subway. Breakfast was delicious and options were great.
Our roome was small compared to photos, bath was very little, it was hard to get good shower after a day. Windows were locked, it would be nice to get fresh air.
