I would not stay in hotel againe. Noise problem should be disclose to customer

The hotel Location is isolated and no clear sign it is difficult to find
The environment is extremely noisy, comparable to sleeping in a street or metro station. The train’s noise emits continuous noise, and the room shakes as well.
The mini bar offers only two bottles of water, one can of soft drink, and one bottle of juice. The water was not replenished, which was inconvenient given the hot temperature.
The available channels on the English Channel are limited to three to four out 800 , primarily news channels.
The shower is quite small.
The breakfast is not satisfactory.

Nu aș recomanda această locație, și nu la prețul de 700€ pentru 3 nopți.
Pros:

Pozitionarea in centrul orașului reprezintă un atu, însă pentru ceea ce oferă, prețul este destul de piperat.

Cons:

La check-in ni s-a oferit o cameră cu balcon, dar care avea ușa închisă cu cheia, iar geamul nu se putea deschide. Ceea ce reprezintă un mare impediment pentru ca în camera era un miros puternic de clor. Când am spus celor de la recepție, au venit cu soluția de a deschide acea ușă cat eram noi ieșiți din cameră și în cazul în care mirosul nu dispărea ne schimbau camera. Menționez ca și curățenia lăsa mult de dorit în acea cameră.
Și cum mirosul nu a dispărut, ni s-a schimbat camera la un alt etaj, iar aici într-adevăr nu mai mirosea, și plus de asta aveam și geamuri pe care să le deschidem.

Un alt minus ar fi gălăgia care era foarte mare de pe holuri și de la camerele vecine și pe lângă asta, geamurile nu erau izolate și hotelul fiind lângă linia de tramvai, era o gălăgie foarte mare.

La micul de jun, omleta era făcută din prafuri (așa cred) ceea ce a fost horror, iar celelalte ouă aveau un gust ciudat.

Konumu güzeldi. Tren istasyonlarına ve tramvaya çok yakındı. Temiz ve imkanları yeterliydi. Kahvaltı gayet güzeldi kötü yorumları anlamadım. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü. Teşekkürler

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bardzo sympatyczny personel na recepcji, w pokoju duże twarde łóżko. Duży plus za możliwość pobytu z psami. Cicha klimatyzacja w pokoju.

Cons:

Śniadanie niby duży wybór, ale to głównie słodkie produkty - brakuje różnych rodzajów serów, wędlin. Nie można również samemu zrobić sobie innej kawy niż americano, a obsługa jest tak zabiegana, że ciężko o coś poprosić. Akustyka niestety tragedia:( wszystko słychać z korytarza, tak glosno jakby ktoś stał obok.Takie 3 gwiazdki raczej niż 4 patrząc na całokształt.

Perfect hotel voor een citytrip
Pros:

De hygiëne op de kamer was bijtengewoon goed gedaan. Ik kwam al overal, maar dit is exceptioneel.

Cons:

Weinig service voor een viersterrenhotel. Drie sterren zou hier beter passen. Er was niet eens koffie of thee op de kamer voorzien. Verder waren er weinig faciliteiten die horen bij de status van een vier sterrenhotel. Geen zwembad, maar ook geen enkele spa faciliteit die dit compenseert. Het hotel heeft ook weinig ruimte. Er is geen plaats voor uitbreiding.

Well located and excellent hotel
Pros:

Stayed for one night to explore Milan. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and centre.
The staff in the hotel are excellent and friendly.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped with complimentary mini bar.
The breakfast was good with a cooked selection (not to my taste, but nice) and lots of continental quality food.
Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Breakfast had a lot of variety - pancakes - bonus!! . 15 minute walk from the station. Dinner was very nice at the hotel. Mini bar complimentary 👍🏻
