Pros:

Location was excellent, staff were helpful and wonderful and friendly. Room was clean, cozy and super welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful. I enjoyed my stay very much and when I go back to SP, I will for sure to back to this hotel!

Cons:

When I arrived the room was slightly dusty but I told them and they fixed it immediately!

Buen hotel con muy buena ubicación

Cons:

El desayuno no me convenció. El café no era bueno, de maquina. Poca fruta y la tostadora para hacer tostadas no funcionaba

Tranquilidade e Descanso
Pros:

Vou com frequência ao Hotel e não tenho nada a acrescentar. O Café da manhã é maravilhoso, a limpeza do Hotel como um todo é muito boa e a localização é indiscutivelmente o ponto alto.

Cons:

Na verdade , acho os banheiros com espaço muito reduzido, e sinto que há uma rotatividade muito grande nas pessoas da recepção, sendo assim, fica mais dificil padronizar o atendimento. Eu diria : Fidelizar !

Super Lage, aber das Hotel hat bessere Tage gesehen
Pros:

Die Lage war toll. Sehr zentral mit vielen Bars und Restaurant in direkter Umgebung.

Cons:

Ausstattung (zB Fahrstuhl und Tisch im Zimmer) machte keinen guten Eindruck. Reparaturen oder Modernisierung scheint nötig.
