Comfortable and very clean. Service is amazing!!!
Wifi is horrible. The doors are very old and a bit broken. The windows are not noise proof.

Muy mala aislación de la habitación. Se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo que ocurría en la calle, y lamentablemente esto durante toda la noche. También olor a humedad mezclado con desagüe.

Location was excellent, staff were helpful and wonderful and friendly. Room was clean, cozy and super welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful. I enjoyed my stay very much and when I go back to SP, I will for sure to back to this hotel!
When I arrived the room was slightly dusty but I told them and they fixed it immediately!
