Best hotel in HCM

Perfect Location, Exceptional Hospitality
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Place Hotel Saigon. The hotel's central location made it very convenient to explore major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas in Ho Chi Minh City.
What impressed me most was the genuine hospitality of both the hotel's leadership team and every staff member. From check-in to check-out, everyone was warm, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.

Upgraded to room with balcony. Balcony was filthy with pigeon droppings all over floor and railing. We had to clean the railing. Also was a bad smell on balcony and realised there was a decomposing pigeon near balcony.

It was ok but upgrading to a tiny balcony was not worth it. Bathroom would be ok minus the mould.
Pros:

Location was perfect but we upgraded to a premium room with balcony and bath. Dont waste your time upgrading. We didn't use bath ..mould everywhere and the balcony was filthy. Dove droppings everywhere, feathers everywhere and a horrible smell with was a dead decompsosing dove near the balcony. Breakfast was ok but waited for omelettes to be cooked the pho was their priority for other Asian guests. Next time will choose a 5 star hotel in same location.
