2 day stay.
Pros:

Sam on reception was exceptional.
Breakfast was filling.
Bed was comfy.
The fridge was appreciated.
Clean and tidy room.

Cons:

Far too much plastic and paper waste at breakfast.
Coffee and water cups individually wrapped are not needed. Ceramic cups and plates should be used.
Carpeting in communal areas needed a steam clean.
Busy road to cross on foot.

Cons:

The rooms need a makeover. It doesn’t look like they have been updated in decades. The outlets were in weird places and half of them did not work. The breakfast is only open until 9 which isn’t long enough.

Location was close to our trip Carowinds.

Cons:

I didn’t like how they weren’t able to accommodate us. We asked for a refund for Friday since we arrived Saturday past midnight. We arrive around 1-2 am. They said they could not refund our money and would have to contact booking.com. We also asked about extending our check-out time they also said no. Due to them having short staff for housing keeping. As customers we did not feel valued.
