Ok - comfortable, nothing more
Pros:

The breakfast is good, the room is comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated, some things don’t work anymore. The staff mostly don’t speak English. Also the location is not that convenient.

Good stay!
Pros:

Nice room with very comfortable beds! Both a shower and a bathtub which was nice. Good location, pretty close to the center but still quiet. One guy from the staff was very helpful and helped us calling to the airline since we had some issues with our tickets and it was urgent. That was really appreciated! All in all nice hitel and i could definitely go back here.

Cons:

Almost noone in the staff speaks english further than what's needed to check in basically.
Very bad soundproofing towards the hallway. You can even see the light from the hallway all around the door, so the doors is absolutely not shut tight. Some rubber lists or something would make a big difference to keep it properly sealed. Altho there was no noise coming from outside from the windows. So the noise issue was just when someone is in the hallway close to the room

Pros:

Mooie hotel en kamers zijn proper, ruim en van alle faciliteiten voorzien.

Cons:

Voor zwembad had je badmuts nodig, hadden we niet bij, konden we verkrijgen tegen betaling.
Fitness en andere zaken reserveren of niet te gebruiken.
Spijtig dat het Engels van het personeel maar matig was, maar met een vertaalapp kom je gelukkig ook ver de dag van vandaag.

Luxury good food but no English
Pros:

Property was very clean , good was very good breakfast was amazing. Staff did not really speak English

Cons:

The rooms before renovation were mouldy and smell and bathroom was nit comfortable at all . When we complaint we were without any discussion tramsfered to the new rooms that were amazing
