部屋の真下？で水道管工事をしていたため、工事の騒音が酷いだけでなく、初日から水が出なくなりました。すぐに部屋をアップグレードして変えてくれたのは良かったです。

Beautiful Historic Building! Don't miss out on experiencing a stay here

Everything was outstanding at this hotel! I felt like a queen they way I was looked after. Pool was amazing, food delicious with a great range, rooftop bar was fun and amazing location! Wish I had more time at this amazing hotel. I will be back definately

Nothing, I loved everything. The fridge wasn't working in our room and it was changed the moment we let them know.

Lovely grand hotel.
Pros:

It had a great location with all the flavor of the grand epoch it was originally. Lovely, elegant, huge room. Service was impeccable, with even turn down service that gave us cookies every night. The upstairs terrace had the best view at night.

Hotel mythique de Sait-on qui a fêté ses 100 ans en 2025.
Très bien situé dans le vieux quartier.
Très bel hôtel classique avec grand hall, belles chambres (nous avons été surclassés).

I highly reccommend Hotel Majestic for a short, or if you are lucky enough, a linger stay
Pros:

This is a grand hotel: well positioned by the river with retail and restaurants close, and the Hotel Majestic is stylish with exceptionally we trained staff and very good value for the quality. A delight to stay.

ロビーのインテリアも素敵で、ウェルカムドリンクのサービスも心地良く、早朝の到着だったけど、優雅に一息つけて良かった。お部屋が木製のフロアなのも良かった。フロントもドアマンも皆さん対応が良く、ハウスキーピングも日本人の清潔感のレベルに合うクオリティの高さだった。室内のガウンとスリッパやボディクリームも好みだった。朝食が種類も豊富で美味しかった。

Cons:

リバービューのデラックスにしたけど、室内の椅子1つと鏡台の椅子1つが思ったより普通で、予約時の掲載写真の部屋より地味だった。金細工の鏡台にワクワクしてたので、木製の普通の鏡台だった。一瞬だけテンションが下ったので、写真を撮るのも忘れた。ソファが無かった点と道路の排気ガスで、テラスは全く利用しなかった点がマイナスかな。清潔で落ち着いた部屋でよい点が勝るので、マイナス点はそれほど気にはならずでした。

We had a great experience and the whole staff were wonderful and helpful.
Pros:

The staff were good. The buffet was excellent and the staff , the cooks at the pho stand, and the manager there were GREAT! Will surely miss them.

Cons:

A standing shower would be great to have. Thank you!
