My usual Marriott experience

Cons:

The Marriot app was showing availability failed to book used booking.com then was told they didn't know how the booking went through and was on some for of stanby. My PA had to keep calling to get assurance.

Pros:

Great setting, very clean accommodating staff

Cons:

Room was extremely cold which made it very uncomfortable with my 8 year old. Tried to put heating on, but it didn’t work

Relaxing friendly haven
Pros:

The staff are super helpful and friendly. The place are excellent for relaxing. Animals are all around, even by your bedroom as you wake up.

Cons:

The road to access the property is a bit hard unless you use a off road vehicle. Wifi is sometime not reliable. the buffet Breakfast is medium, unless you order the a la carte
