Gemütliches Hotel mit besonderen Flair. Wir kommen wieder. Danke
Pros:

Das Frühstück sowie der Kaffee waren sehr gut. Die Auswahl war gut. Auf dem Zimmer gab es eine Nespresso Maschine mit Kapseln. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Auf Wünsche wurde reagiert.
Danke es wurde sich um alles gekümmert und war zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Pros:

Zona este foarte bună, ești chiar în zona de centru.

Cons:

Geamurile nu izolează sunetul exterior de pasarele care te trezesc noaptea. Patul destul de vechi. Cheia de la camera area 1kg și era foarte mare. Dacă te întorci după 12 am trebuie sa o iei cu tine... Ar trebui sa fie un loc cu cod unde sa lași cheia sau sa fie ceva coduri.

Bijzonder lief en vriendelijk personeel!!
Pros:

Ontbijt was fantastisch!! Locatie is geweldig, om de hoek van de Kuhdamm en metro station voor de deur. Rustig gelegen.

Cons:

kamer onder het dak is iets warm ook met de air-co aan. Maar wel te doen!

De locatie

Cons:

De kamer. Als je huisstofmijtallergie heb moet je hier zeker niet komen. Kamer is gedateerd, wat op zich geen probleem is, maar niet goed onderhouden. Ruikt muf en verweerde plekken overal, vooral in de badkamer.

I arrived at the hotel at 16:00, even though check-in was supposed to be available from 14:00 and already fully paid for. After driving for 5 hours, I was very tired and expected the room to be ready, but unfortunately it was not available even after waiting around 2 more hours.

Instead of the room I originally booked, the hotel gave me another room which was clearly a downgrade, although the staff tried to present it as a better option. That was disappointing and felt misleading. See pictures. They tell it all..

The location of the hotel is good and convenient, but overall I was not satisfied with the experience or how the situation was handled.

Ruhig, da Zimmer zum Innenhof

Cons:

Teebeutel im Zimmer wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Milch im Zimmer war 6 Monate abgelaufen. Ausstattung zum Teil angeschlagen. Kein superior Standard. Espressomaschine und Klimaanlage Fehlanzeige

Good stay right next to the famous Kurfürstendamm in Berlin.
Pros:

A very special stay in a older building with furniture from times that are long gone.
We had a very enjoyable stay, loved the room and the balcony with views over Kurfürstendamm.
Great breakfast and friendly staff.
Will come back anytime.
