A lovely stay in Plymouth
Pros:

We’re from the UK and absolutely loved our stay here! We weren’t sure what to expect from a motel-style hotel, but we really enjoyed the experience. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the whole place has a lovely, relaxed feel.

The location was fantastic for exploring Plymouth, the pool was lovely, and we thought the price was excellent value for money. Everything felt clean, well looked after and welcoming.

A really enjoyable stay and somewhere we’d happily recommend. We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Plymouth!

Just lovely!
Pros:

Everything was so 'easy' from checking in to leaving, opening and closing doors,; everything was spotless, shining, and perfectly charming; the landscaping was inspiring and 'restorative'; breakfast elegant, delicious, and beyond expectations.

Pros:

the bed was comfortable

Cons:

The room was very dirty/ dingy. There was mold growing around our sink/ shower. We did complain and the staff was very receptive to the complaint. We would not stay again.

Pros:

A lovely hotel motel. Plenty of parking. Good sized room with expected amenities. Friendly staff at check in and check out. A lovely spot to explore Plymouth, 10 mins walk to the town centre. Good breakfast.

The location was ideal. The Breakfast nook section was good.

Cons:

I did not like that our caroet was wet. I did not like the noises from the A/C unit. The bed was hard.

Pros:

L’accueil chaleureux dés l’arrivé , mention spéciale à Mark.
La piscine assez grande et agréable.
Les chambres très grande et la literie très confortable .
L’environnement très propre, on voit que l’hôtel est très bien tenu !
L’emplacement, à 5 minutes du waterfront de Plymouth.
Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié, et de bonne qualité !

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol, c’est la personne en charge du petit déjeuner. Antipathique et vraiment pas sympa, pas du tout discrète et limite désagréable, c’est dommage car tout le reste est vraiment parfait !

Cons:

There was some sprinkler system that sprayed water on the wall of our room at about 1:30 AM. That woke us up nights' 1 and 2. Night 3. I woke up at midnight and braced myself for the spray. Please have the watering in the day when normal people don't sleep. Or move the sprinkle spray from hitting the walls. Thanks. (We were in Room 17).
Excellent hotel otherwise!

Absolutely loved my stay! ALL staff were both very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Here, in the United States, I've never experienced a breakfast like that one. The included breakfast selection, was amazing. There was a staff member always ready to help if needed and she kept that dining area clean! Didn't use the pool, but loved it's location on the pristine property. Getting in and out of the parking lot was effortless and it's location was perfect. I thought the room wouldn't be touched by housekeeping as it was just a two night stay, but house keeping replenished our towels, cleaned the room and took out our trash. I'm beyond impressed with this hotel, that always turned my nose from as I've always stayed at Hilton, Marriott, Hampton Inn. Best Western is now at the top of my list for future vacations.
