Fair price and clean!
Pros:

Booked it when I landed at SFO - About 30 minutes from the airport. Quick stopover but easy to get to, walking distance to good restaurants and fair price. Comfy bed.

Cons:

Took me a minute to figure out the shower knobs but once I did, it was a great shower!

Great stay for a couple of nights
Pros:

The radiator got nice and warm! Comfy bed, good location, helpful staff. Tea, coffee and water available if you want it. Nice bathroom. Deposit returned instantly!

Cons:

Relatively small room but was expecting that. Next to a karaoke bar (this didnt affect us).

Pros:

Emplacement central, pas loin de Union Square et face à l'entrée de Chinatown
Les chambres sont spacieuses et relativement calmes. Personnel très agréable et serviable.
Le service de consigne à bagage gratuit jusqu'à 17h a été très pratique.
La ville n'étant pas très sure il est agréable de constater que les portes de l'établissement sont presque constamment fermées et peuvent être ouvertes par le personnel de l'accueil.

Cons:

Bien que les chambres soient rénovées, le reste de l'hôtel ne l'est pas (ascenseur ancien et moquette aux sols).
J'ai eu la mauvaise surprise d'avoir une chambre qui venait d'être fraîchement repeinte, et l'odeur de peinture était très forte. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour faire entrer de l'air car celle-ci n'ouvrait que sur 10 cm et donnait sur un mur. La ventilation de la salle de bain faisait un bruit assourdissant.

Next to shops and restaurants. Good area.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and Great location. Parking garage around the corner if needed. Many restaurants, bars and shopping near by.

One elevator but happy overall with hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. Lita was extremely accommodating and friendly. We were able to check in a tad early, we forgo

The property is very well maintained, the staff is nice, the location is perfect!

Cons:

We enjoyed our stay, the only thing that could have made it even better would be maybe a vending machine for waters or sodas. Not much around to grab one at night.

Cama super comfortavel, chuveiro excelente também.

Cons:

Não tem ar condicionado, e a calefação não funciona a noite. Porém os funcionarios foram muito prestativos e me deram um aquecedor eletrico para usar.

Pros:

Did not have breakfast offered. Room was clean

Cons:

Shower was very confusing on how to turn on. Once on there was no hot water, cool at best. There was no AC as well and not enough electrical outlets near bed. Room was very small for having 2 beds in it. Not at all worth the price without more amenities

Good location in San Francisco - No AC was the biggest disappointment.
Pros:

The location was very good. The room was clean & the staff was friendly.

Cons:

No AC in the room; the floor inside was squeaky & our key to open the room wouldn't work. Had to reach out to the staff a few times to let us into our room. I will say that the staff resolved our issues when we requested it.
