Everyone was helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay there again despite the location

Good for festival but wouldn’t be first choice.
Pros:

Close to venue and stadium pillows and bed are nice.

Cons:

Old out dated, dirty in the hallways molding on wall looked like it was being repaired. No maintenance on staff as we told desk staff about outlets not working in bathroom. Ac worked okay. Kinda janky place for the price expected more. Water pressure in shower was not the best.

Cons:

When I first checked in, the front desk girl was not friendly at all. Stood in front of her for a good minute or two until she said something. However all the other workers I encountered were great and friendly. Getting in and out of the hotel location was difficult since it’s on a busy street and I had difficulty sleeping at night due to the cars/busyness of the street. When we got into our hotel room, it smelled like pee. We found 2 ants on one of the beds. Elevator seemed like it was going to stop working. The ‘renovation’ that I’ve seen people leave review on is mediocre. The painting job inside the room was not done well. Pressure of the shower was so low. Window curtains are definitely old.

Room great, lobby bad
Pros:

The room itself was clean and free of bedbugs and other concerns. There was a cigarette burn hole in the curtain but I wasnt too worried about that. Staff were friendly, breakfast was eh. Location was nice.

Cons:

The cieling in the lobby and entryway was heavily damaged by wet spots, mold, and holes where insulation was peaking out. Some of the cieling vents were also starting to come out- looking like they might fall. This was my only issue with the hotel.

Good
Pros:

Beds were comfy everyone was nice. Looked like they were in the middle of remodeling and painting.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't very good and the curtains were a bit worn and I couldn't get it closed enough to keep the street light/ sunlight out.

Pros:

Номер був чистий, сніданок традиційний базовий амеріканський буфет, але голодними не уходили.

Cons:

Номер 100 знаходиться на першому поверсі прямо біля дороги. Тобто готель взагалі знаходиться біля жвавої дороги і треба очікувати, що буде шумно, але ж і номер дали самий дальній і ближчий до дороги і біля сходів. Було сильно шумно і вдень і вночі. Це дуже не сподобалося. Прибирали гарно, але в останній день, коли ми з чоловіком ввечорі повернулся в номер, то ми знайшли двері номера привідкриті, тобто будь-хто зміг би зайти у наш номер, коли нас там не було. Можу припустити, що прибиральниця не до кінця закрила дверь підсля уборки номера. Це також зіпсувало наше враження від готелю. Ні, нічого не пропало (номер знаходиться як би вже в коридорі, в дальному куту, окремо від всіх інших номерів), але сам факт, що таке сталося - це погано для отелю.

It was okay.
Pros:

I liked that they had free breakfast and good amenities. It wasn’t too far from our destination.

Cons:

There was stains on the sofa in our room and saucy finger stains on the light switch in the bathroom. We also weren’t allowed to check out at 12 instead of 11 but instead 11:30 which is understandable because check out is 11 but this was the first I’ve heard of this.
