The structure of the building
Initially I did online check in and they sent me email when I get to the property I go for my key and the room number was 1,The room they first gave me was smelling bad and it wasn’t room 1 too so I went back to receptionist and ask her to changed the room indeed she changed it, I couldn’t even slept on the pillow because it was so hard to sleep on etc.
Welcoming reception, bar and restaurant area
Access to rooms and the room was a little tired and would benefit from an update.

the room was filthy with hand marks on walls leaks on the wall bathroom had foot prints in the bat
h hair on the floor.
when gone down to reception to ask if we can change the room staff member a Spanish lady I believe was so rude made my daughter feel really uncomfortable Who’s autistic and was shouting at me that I need to cancel my booking on the app when I was just asking for my room to be cleaned
it was a horrendous experience. I would never ever stay at this hotel again. I left and didn’t even stay there.

This hotel is quite poor:
Parking - not enough spaces
Receptionist - rude, no manners
Room - right next to bar so noise all night, right next to outside extractor fan and drains, so stank of effluent
Bathroom - when using the shower the pipes rattled
Bed - uncomfortable
Terrible right from check in.
Hard to describe. Just pure lack of care to the hotel staff and guests.

The reception area and dining look like they've had attention but from there its terrible.

The staff is very rude. I called a day before check in to rectify something and I got the information. When I was checking in the staff told me they don’t know who spoke to me and that I called the wrong number. I showed them the call and they were not even taking accountability for the confusion caused by their staff and implied I made everything up. There was no parking and the manager on duty came outside while we were waiting to find a parking spot and started shouting for us to leave yet we were not blocking any car. We did late check out which is £10 an hour after initial check out time. The house keeping lady came at 11:40 and told us to leave the room, we explained to her that we have late check out and we’re getting ready to leave and she requested we leave that moment. We told her we can’t just leave without packing our things and she left. 5minutes later she came back and started shouting for us to leave the room and swore at us before walking away.
