I would never stay here again and I didn’t find the staff friendly either.

I’m struggling to come up with a positive to be honest.

Cons:

The room had no windows so felt claustrophobic. It seemed quite dirty, the carpets had markings and chewing gum in it. The bath had stains in it. It was a disabled room which I didn’t realise. It was unbearable hot and there was no fan. I had to ask reception for a fan twice before it arrived. The TV didn’t work so I reported it and it turned out the batteries were dead. Once replaced the TV worked but failed again in the morning.

I had to leave at 11 because of all the noise outside constant slamming doors and people arguing in both rooms either side .

We were put In a room with no windows and it was boiling so didn't sleep all night . Was even considering going out to sleep on a sofa in the lobby.

Nice in parts but overall very uncomfortable
Pros:

Breakfast was buffet,excellent choice, plenty of it

Cons:

The hotel rooms were stifling hot...fan needed continually and overnight...sleep not good. Had a person open my door one night...security and many managers showed little care
