Fui muito bem acolhida e me senti extremamente confortável e à vontade.
Pros:

Atendimento excelente, desde a chegada até a saída. Pessoal muito prestativo. O quarto estava bem limpo. A academia com ótima estrutura, e limpeza em dia.

Cons:

O café poderia ter mais opções de bolos.
E peguei um copo de água, no qual o copo estava cheio de farelos.
Fora isso, tudo ótimo.

Nós adoramos ficar no Castelmar. É super perto da ponte Hercílio Luz. Também achamos que o hotel fica em um lugar estratégico e fácil para deslocamento para outras áreas da cidade

muito tranquila e confortavel.
Pros:

Quarto grande, comporta até umas 4 pessoas, mas a hospedagem é limpa, organizada, tem um bom serviço de quarto, banheiro grande, café da manhã e almoço com boas opções. A localização é excelente, tem supermercado próximo, restaurantes, dá para ir até a praia tranquilamente.

Cons:

sem reclamações, apenas o chuveiro que demora a esquentar, em um dos quartos o exaustor do ar condicionado fica próximo da parede onde tem as cabeceiras da cama então faz um barulho, mas incomodou até certo ponto.

Quarto e rapidez no check in.

Cons:

No booking tem uma opção que solicita do cliente descrever o que podemos fazer a mais, claro estando ao alcance do hotel. Solicitei 2 toalhas a mais e uma flor qualquer no quarto, não fui atendido. Detalhe baixa temporada.
