Toller Aufenthalt in Unna mit direkter Lage zur Innenstadt
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal beim Empfang. Wir konnten unser Standard Zimmer zu einem Zimmer mit Terrasse wechseln. Frühstück war hervorragend und auch dort war ein toller Service.

Gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffett, Superlage direkt beim Bahnhof und dennoch nah am Zentrum. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Sauna hat man eigens auf unseren Wunsch für uns angeschaltet.

"Zu Hause " Gefühl
Pros:

Bei meinen Dienstreisen in Unna versuche ich immer hier meine Unterkunft zu finden. Beim letzten Besuch wurde ich so empfangen: "Willkommen zu Hause". Tatsächlich fühle ich mich zu Hause hier. Nach der langen Reise führt mein erster Weg in die Hause und danach ein gemütliches Bad im der Wanne. Dann ein erfrischendes Bier aus der Minibar, Zimmer Service usw.

Die Decke war dick, im Frühling könnte es dünner sein

Tolles geräumiges Zimmer und nettes Personal. Super Frühstück, große Auswahl.

Cons:

Schranke Parkhaus funktionierte nicht einwandfrei, sodass wir dort Zeit verloren haben.

Relativ breiter Spalt zwischen den Matratzen im Doppelbett.

War eine angenehme Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, wir hatten 2 Kinder mit, die waren auch sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Wir waren erst um Mitternacht von einer Feier ins Hotel gekommen und um 7 Uhr lauteten die Kirchenglocken, da sind wir dann aufgestanden.

Not a good ration between cost/performance

Location, room size, parking, very good restaurant

Cons:

I am a customer of this hotel since 2013. Breakfast in the past was amazing. Now, it's only a shadow of what it was before. In the morning, when returning from breakfast, I found the cleaning lady inside, although it was clear that I haven't yet left the room for the day. She expected me to go out of the room and let her finish. She had a problem when I told her that she can continue later.
