Very much enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Everything about this hotel was excellent. I've staying in other hotels around Shibuya and the Excel was far better than all the rest. Very reasonably priced for the excellent quality and service. The breakfast buffet and the spacious dining area was truly enjoyable. Thank you

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit perfekter Lage
Pros:

Die Unterkunft punktet mit super Lage , ob mit perfekter Anbindung zur Metro oder Zug , sowie perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Shibuya und natürlich der super Blick auf den Shibuya Crossing

Cons:

Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen
Preis -Leistungsverhältnis ; man muss Karten an die Türe hängen, ob man neue Handtücher möchte oder das Zimmer gereinigt haben will. Bei diesen Zimmerpreisen sollte dieser Service automatisch stattfinden.
Das Frühstück war asiatisch und amerikanisch

Perfect location and hotel for few days in centre of Tokyo.
Pros:

Great location right in the centre of Shibuya. Incredible views across Tokyo. Good size room and very comfortable bed. Perfect for few days in Tokyo. Bus straight to Haneda from hotel was an added bonus.

Cons:

Shibuya can be very busy and intense and a lot of people to navigate to get on and out of the hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms.
Pros:

The location is great, and is connected to Shibuya Station, so easy access to the trains. It's also right next to Shibuya Crossing, so you're close to all the action. Staff is great, rooms are clean.

Cons:

It wasn't the smallest room I've stayed in, but it was pretty tight.
