Un excellent séjour grâce à un hôtel dont le service est exceptionnel et avec 1 emplacement au top!
Pros:

L'hôtel a un emplacement exceptionnel sur Shibuya. Il donne sur le croisement de Shibuya, on est à 20 mètres de l'arrêt de bus pour rejoindre les aéroports. Et ce qui a été super appréciable, c'est qu'il y a eu un problème de réservation pour mes enfants. Et plutôt que d'appliquer leurs règles qui auraient fait exploser le budget, ils se sont adaptés et on a eu le droit à une remise exceptionnelle parce qu'ils ont compris la situation. Et toujours très agréable, disponible, super hôtel.

Cons:

Honnêtement, on a eu un super séjour. Je ne sais pas quoi leur dire à améliorer. Non, au contraire. Puissent-ils maintenir cette qualité de service aussi longtemps que possible ?

Great location, service, and amenities
Pros:

We really enjoyed the central location of the hotel! Right above the train station and mall, it was very easy to get around. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast had a ton of variety.

Pros:

Direkt bei der Shibuya Crossing dadurch eine tolle Anbindung. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wenn man mit der Bahn unterwegs ist, gibt es fast keine bessere Lage da das Hotel sich über dem Bahnhof Shibuya befindet. Es gibt auch am TV Youtube und Netflix aber für Netflix muss man eine Gebühr bezahlen Youtube dagegen ist frei.
