I would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

I loved the location! What an awesome experience to have a Shibuya crossing view . Also, I donate clothing on every trip I take, and this was the only hotel I’ve been to that had a bin in the lobby to accept donations. Big score for me.

Cons:

The bathroom was dated but the room overall was extremely clean!

Pros:

Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating; English-speaker friendly. Also, there are nice views from the elevator lobbies in the guest floors. The air conditioning in the room is great. Would definitely book again in the future.

Pros:

Building property was beautiful and located directly next to Shibuya crossing and station. View from the 25th floor restaurant was a pleasant surprise and the crossing could be seen from various windows. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Noting special about the room. It was decent size, but a few updates in the bathroom wouldn't hurt.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay

駅に直結してるので雨に濡れずに食事や買い物ができました！
お部屋にはデスクがあって、ビジネスに最適だと思います。

Cons:

セミダブルの部屋に宿泊しましたが、バストイレがユニットバスなので高級感はありませんでした。普通にビジネスで利用するなら良いかも。
