Shibuya is magical especially Hachiko statue of the famous loyal dog
Pros:

Location location location. We totally fell in love with Shibuya. It is worth getting a view of the scrabble crossing. We were there when Japan won against Sweden to qualify for the next round vs Brazil 2026 World Cup. The atmosphere was electric.

Cons:

Absolutely loved everything. Japan is the best place in the world

Great base for exploring Shibuya and Tokyo.
Pros:

Excellent location at Shibuya with access to shops. restaurants and supermarkets. We used the subway to get around Tokyo and this location was very convenient for this. We also had a corner view of the crossing which was quite interesting. Day, night, in the rain etc, much activity taking place there. Breakfast was on the 25th floor with a great view around the hotel. There was a lot of variety including fresh fruit, hot dishes, including a quite reasonable scrambled eggs, good toast slices and pancakes with maple syrup. The staff at Reception were very helpful with directions and there were always plenty of staff available. Luggage storage was easy and quick. There were four lifts servicing guest rooms. There was a washer (500y) and dryer (300y) on the 7,8,9,10th floors and a microwave available on the 7th floor. Currency exchange machine in the foyer but check the exchange rate.

Cons:

A little more signage to direct you to the quickest way to the subway would have been helpful. Classic black tea, milk and coffee could have been included in the room. There was bottled water but nothing in the fridge. Pillows were either large and hard or small and soft. Only 2 large towels in the bathrooms aside from the small hand towels.

Wenn nicht für den Blick sollte man sich was besseres für das Geld suchen

Dieses Hotel wählt man wenn man auf die berühmte Kreuzung schauen möchte. Zimmergröße ist überdurchschnittlich.

Cons:

Es wird suggeriert das man speziell von den größeren Deluxe Zimmern auch diesen exklusiven Blick erhält was aber nicht stimmt da nur die beiden vorderen Standard Zimmer diesen Blick liefern.
Der Rest schaut auf trostlose Häuserrückwände.
Der 5 Sterne Zimmerkosten zeigen sich nur in der netten Lobby. Die Zimmer sind stark verwohnt und optisch schlechter als ein 60€ Best Western. Gerade die Standardzimmer schreien nach Auffrischung und Austausch der Einrichtung.

Spacious hotel in the heart of Shibuya
Pros:

Spacious rooms for Tokyo standard in a fantastic central location. Train station and food hall directly below the hotel.
Views of Shibuya crossing from the elevator and the cafe/bar on lobby floor.

Cons:

Rooms were a little tired. Limited coffee facilities plus nothing opens before 9am.

Pros:

The location was great easy to get to from the airport we used the limousine bus and took us right to the hotel
We had a room with a double bed and the bed was a good size
We had a great view of shibuya crossing
The breakfast started at 0630 which is good because if you are doing day trips it gives you time to eat before and the breakfast had buffet so lots of choice.
