Pésima busca otro Hotel

Nada la gente del personal te extorsiona el taxista es extorsionado por el Hotel y uno termina pagando los platos rotos, todo el mundo te roba, si supieran cuidar al turismo, sería otra ventaja peor no te tratar de quitar tu dinero por cualquier medio

Recepcionista muy prepotente y groseera

Todo bien pero la actitud de una de las recepcionista es pésima, muy prepotente, grosera y poco empática. Al momento de llegar ni siquiera estaba en la recepción ella se encontraba en el estacionamiento fumando junto con una empleado supongo que de limpieza. De verdad algún supervisor de ella tendría que llamarle la atención y ubicarla.

Pros:

Platllos para desayuno y comida tienen muy buen sazón.
La ubicación de este Hotel Best Western es muy buena porque queda a 10 minutos en coche hacia el centro de Monterrey y/o de la Macroplaza.

Las camas sólo con una sábana, el lavamanos muy maltratado, las tapas del baño también maltratadas, la cortina del baño y la de la única ventana, maltratadas y esta última sucia y manchada
