The stay was wonderful. The experience with booking.com was not. I will book directly next time.

Cons:

That someone interefered with my booking. I got a message saying there is something wrong with my card but then they proceeded to deduct one night before my arrival then charged me higher rated on arrival. I will not be using booking.com again to make international bookings.

Pros:

Our experience at the hotel was one of the most positive experiences we’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff were consistently highly attentive to our needs. They were always friendly and asking how they can make our stay more pleasant. Especially we had some religious needs that they went above and beyond to accommodate. The rooms were refreshed every single day, sometimes even twice a day. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
