Really overall disappinting, not maintained, not cleaned well. It looks like it used to be nice.
Pros:

Good location, staff was mostly nice but not great. I think they are doing the best with what they have been given.

Cons:

This hotel answers the question, what would happen if you take a world-class hotel and only to the very minimum for serveral years to maintain it.

It's sad, this place you can tell used to be really nice. But years and years of neglect in maintenance and basic cleaning have left it in a very bad state.

In the morning at 630 AM there was a VERY loud event outside (loud speakers, loud music, etc...)

Better hotels in the area available for the same price or less.
