The receptionist when i arrived was terrible, lack of education to be in the front desk. Tried to have me pay for an extra night when it was clearly saying in the paper she provided me that was paid.
Room not well maintained and dirty, breakfast very poor.
Breakfast was delicious, rooms were always clean. customer service super firendly

1st day out of coffee and other things and had to ask and then wait for the refilling . 2 nd morning better
Used the pool and hot tub and I believe the chemicals need to be checked daily . I usedcc CD to care for a pool and I felt both me and my daughter got slight chemical burn . Like other places I have stayed . The room had no shampoo or conditioner and the trash cans had no liners . Reported and fixed. But shoukd be checked daily. The room next door had a door that needed wd40 reported easy fix not fixed . No doge allowed fine but saw dogs . We had a dog but a friend in town kept it . The dog was never in room and once in parking lot as we switched cars . Then we were called and accused of breaking the 250.00 rule 🤬
I like that our room was in a very quiet part of the building. However, there was an inconvenience during the night when bathroom lights and sink lights kept flickering on and off.
Room is clean.
Location is central to shopping and restaurants.
Breakfast was missing some toppings for the oatmeal like granola, slivered almonds or walnuts, dried cranberries, etc. It was also missing some fruits like oranges and bananas.
Gym was almost non-functional, with the cable machine Out of Order. Very limited set of light dumbbells.
I enjoyed the pool in the hot tub, but it is indoor.
I was called by staff saying that there was a dog in my hotel room when I never had a dog.
Location was great staff was awesome
Out dated and smelled like stale smoke
Carpets were gross. My feet were black from walking on them.

The water pressure and shower head were very nice. Breakfast was good, and they made sure food was kept full and warm. Staff polite and professional.
Bathroom area had very bad sewage gas smell. Even after running a lot of water and flushing toilet, the smell continued. The king size bed was very uncomfortable. We woke up in pain.
We recently stayed at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Napa Valley and had very mixed experiences during our visit.
The rooms were excellent — very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We were genuinely happy with the condition of the room and the housekeeping standards.
Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of food options. A special recognition goes to Maria, who was working in the breakfast area. She mentioned that she is normally part of the housekeeping team and was covering in the restaurant area, and she was absolutely amazing. Maria was friendly, welcoming, positive, energetic, and extremely helpful. She truly made us feel cared for and created the kind of hospitality experience guests hope to receive.
Unfortunately, the check-in experience was the complete opposite. The front desk associate who checked us in — an Afro-American lady whose name we unfortunately did not get — gave us one of the worst hotel check-in experiences we have ever had. We travel frequently and stay in hotels often, and as someone who works in hotel hospitality management myself, I understand very clearly what true hospitality and guest service should feel like.
Our perception during the interaction was that the employee seemed unhappy, disconnected, and as if she truly did not enjoy either her job or interacting with guests. The experience felt cold and uncomfortable, almost as though our presence was bothering her. There was no warmth, friendliness, or welcoming attitude during the arrival process, which is disappointing because first impressions are extremely important in hospitality.
Thankfully, employees like Maria completely changed the feeling of our stay and reminded us what genuine customer service should look like.
Close to most things we were doing.
I can’t think of anything except maybe the eggs were a bit rubbery at breakfast.
Proximity
Smelt moldy upon entering room
Shower was not clean had hair strands
Toilet barley flushed
