Отель расположен немного за городом бурса около 20 минут на машине. Рядом автобусный вокзал и станция поездов. Номер соответствовал фото представленным в профиле, большой. В номере просто огромная двуспальная кровать, и 2 ванные комнаты. Завтрак в общем неплохой.
В номере довольно темно, кроме кровати был диван, который совсем плох, его стоит починить. В отеле не работал спа и бассейн так как находится на ремонте. Оплачивали дополнительно ужин "шведский стол", было маленький выбор блюд.

Duży, komfortowy pokój z bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem i częścią wypoczynkową i dużą łazienką. Bardzo pomocni i sympatyczni pracownicy w recepcji. Śniadanie zróżnicowane
Brak oświetlenia nad biurkiem - przydałaby się tam lampa.
Wanna czasy świetności ma już za sobą. Niestety SPA jeszcze w remoncie.

İt is close to a metro station, the hotel is quite big and empty.
The staff could not communicate in English, we made two separate booking for 3 days, and we wanted to ask if we could stay in the same room without check-out and check-in again. They could not understand our questions. During this frustrating situation, there was one young female receptionist kept laughing and whispering to the staff who was trying to help us, it didn't feel professional at all.
(Our problem was eventually solved by someone speaking Turkish to the reception.)
The suite was spacious with 2 bathrooms and a comfortable bed. The buffet breakfasts were wonderful and delicious. Room service was very good.
The Air-conditioning was not working at all, meaning we had to open the windows to get some fresh air and buy our own mini fan. One of the nights there was a function outside our room with loud music playing until 1am which made sleeping impossible. We also had issues with our door lock on several occasions. Most days our room was not cleaned despite hanging the sign to.please clean the room. Also the gym equipment in the health spa was not functional. None of the machines worked even though they were plugged in to the power sockets. The indoor pool was very cold. I expected it to be heated.
The staff was really polite and Mr. Tunc was great!
