Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.
Wir konnten unsere gemieteten Fahrräder in der Garage deponieren, wo sie später abgeholt werden.

Tout est bien sauf le petit déjeuner
Pros:

L’accueil très pro et aimable. Chambre fonctionnelle et bonne literie.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment médiocre. Produits de mauvaise qualité, du congelé, de l’industriel…bref, pas à l’image du reste.

Un accueil aux petits soins
Pros:

Le personnel est très souriant et très accueillant. J'avais une chambre côté rue, j'ai demandé à changer, il n'y a eu aucun problèmes.
L'hotel est à 3 mn à pied de la gare, c'est ce dont j'avais besoin.
Il y a un tram avec un arret devant l'hotel qui vous ammène directement à l'hotel.
L'hotel est vraiment très bien tenu.

La gentillesse du personnel. La chambre très agréable avec la salle de douche indépendante des toilettes. Le confort de la literie. Tout était impeccable 👌

Nuitée difficile à cause des bruits de canalisations. Mérite de renforcer leur insonorisation.

Hébergement propre et avec toutes les commodités sur ce point irréprochable

Cons:

Chambre petite et très mauvaise insonorisation. Nous entendions durant la nuit, les bruits des canalisations des douches par nos voisins et le tirage des chasses d eau. Mauvaise nuit de sommeil alors que la literie était confortable
