Pros:

​I really have mixed feelings about our stay here. On the bright side, you can’t beat the location right in front of the tram, and the staff at reception were polite and helpful whenever we talked to them.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was ridiculously small. You could barely turn around in there without bumping into something. When we asked the front desk if we could switch to a room with a slightly larger bathroom, they told us that there were no larger bathrooms in the hotel. But over the next couple of days, we saw open doors to rooms on our own floor being cleaned that clearly had larger bathrooms, which was frustrating.

​Then there’s the breakfast, which was easily the most underwhelming breakfast I have ever eaten in Istanbul, let alone Türkiye. Nothing tasted or looked fresh. The "orange juice" was very clearly a powdered mix, the sliced deli meat had strange curled edges, the fruit tasted off, and the bread basket was a mix of soft bread and pieces that were rock-hard. Although I mentioned the breakfast issues to the front desk, I was told everything was prepared fresh daily, but what I saw with my own eyes day by day was definitely otherwise.

​To top it off, the breakfast staff’s behavior at the end of the buffet each day was something else. The exact second the clock hit the cutoff time, they swooped in like they were in an Olympic race to clear the buffet counters. One minute there was food, and the next it was completely empty. It truly felt like they were competing with themselves to see how much food they could remove at once and how fast they could do it. I've never seen anything like it. As a guest, it felt really unwelcoming.

Ubicación y trato excelente.

Cons:

Aunque para nosotros no ha sido un problema, el ruido del tranvía puede ser molesto para las personas a las que les cueste conciliar el sueño .

Kann man machen. Insgesamt gut.
Pros:

Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten ist sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es war schon recht abgewohnt.

Demasido ruidosa la zona.
Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno y variado, con muchísima variedad y muy local, la ubicación del hotel está muy bien, cerca de todo,

Cons:

lo único que hay mucho ruido, nuestra habitación daba a la fachada principal y se escuchaba demasiado el tráfico desde muy temprano, coches... tranvía... la habitación era un poco pequeña, no estaba muy acorde a las fotos, el personal del hotel muy amable.

Very pleasant stay in a centrally located hotel. Staff was attentive and professional.
Pros:

The front desk staff were helpful, polite and very pleasant. They always make me feel welcome when I return to the hotel after a day out. Breakfast was good and plentiful; the food was well presented and very hygienic in the display. Housekeeping was very good and my room was clean everyday and left spotless.

Cons:

The wifi was unavailable for some hours a couple of times during my 9-day stay. When available, it had a strong signal and was very fast.
There was some noise but the hotel is on a busy road so that is understandable.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son más pequeñas de lo que aparentan en las fotos. Las habitaciones de interior (al menos en planta 6) con ruido infernal de máquinas desde las 6 de la mañana hasta las 12 de la noche. Comunicado al hotel, no nos reubicaron.. Desayuno muy justito (estaba incluido, pero huevos, tortillas o zumo naranja tenían suplemento). El taxi al que llamó el hotel para ir al Aeropuerto nos trató de cobrar el doble de lo acordado con el hotel (eso puede no ser su responsabilidad). No repetiría
