Pros:

We selected this property because of the pool, my friend wanted to have a swim after days of walking, but it was impossible to swim, the level of chlorine was too much, sauna could barely fit two people. Otherwise location is excellent! Staff at reception is helpful, the rooms are small and not enough places to hang anything, beds are very comfortable.good for short stay and easy to walk around, the tram stop is just opposite and we asked for quieter room that is not facing the tram, then there is no view, but it is not so important.

Csmpeones del mundo en Estambul
Pros:

Supercéntrico, limpio y con personal muy amable. La piscina del sótano está chulas. Las habitaciones son correctas. Te buscan traslado aeropuerto y tienen guarda maletas.

Cons:

Las ventanas son muy endebles, se oyen pasar los tranvías por la noche contínuamente.

Mrs. Harika, Mr. Ugur, Mrs. Sonnur made their best for support services which was attractive for us and we tried to continue our stay in this hotel but due to fullness of visitors we have to switch to another location. Strongly recommend for family with kids because the tramway station is just near around 200 meters which allows to connect any logistic point of Istanbul. Kairat from Kazakhstan🇰🇿 22.07.2026

Une catastrophe !

Tres tres bruyant. Aucune isolation phonique avec le tram qui passe juste sous les fenêtres. Pour avoir la clim, il faut appeler la réception...
J avais pris une offre booking avrc le petit déjeuner et annulable jusqu'à 24h avant l arrivee. Le jour meme sur place, j ai demandé a annuler car trop bruyant et chambre vieillotte. La personne a la reception me drmande de revenir en journee pour voir son patron. Je fais une annulation sur booking qui est refusée. Je reviens 2 jours plus tard et la discussion a ete impossible. Ils n ont rien voulu rembourser, pas même les petits déj... aucun service, ni arrangement.
Apres des dizaines de voyages, c est la 1ere fois que j ai une expérience aussi mauvaise !!!
