The staff were very pleasant

Cons:

The first room i was given was very nice but right near a very noisy housekeeping station. Lots of banging doors and loud voices. I was shown two other rooms one a suite where I had to pay extra the other not the same category I had paid for.. I was ready to check out and find another hotel but they 'found' another room. In the end they added 2 complimentary breakfast for the 3 mornings there. Took the shine off what I thought was a wonderful hotel

Fantastically situated hotel, close to all the locations in London, whether you walk or tube it!
Pros:

Fantastic location, beautifully decorated hotel and comfortable well serviced bedrooms. Staff were super friendly! Would definitely recommend staying here and would come again myself for sure.

Cons:

Shower water strength could have been better and I don't like showers in/over baths.
