Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at a comfortable and well appointed hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast each morning was exceptional. The staff was, without exception, courteous and helpful. Having such a wonderful bar in which to gather on the premises was a real plus.

Cons:

I booked a room that was described as small, but I did not realize just how small it would be. There was barely enough room to turn around. Next time I would book a standard size room.
It was annoying that the air conditioning shut off in the middle of the night. I woke up more than once sweating and had to turn it back on again. A discussion with other guests at breakfast made us all realize that this was a problem everybody was having.

Impressive hospitality
Pros:

Really impressed by the hospitality provided by this boutique hotel. Everyone has tried to remember each customer and make them feel being taken care of. Thank you for the experience.

In terms of location, it is just a few mins next to the station. The hotel is an old building but the decoration and maintenance are done well. Room size is reasonable in London standard. Luxury bedding & amenities. The slight downside is the view but I believe it is again a London ‘standard’.

Thanks again for the great team for going above & beyond!

A great luxury hotel close to covent garden and oxford street.
Pros:

Room was very spacious. Comfy beds. Great location near Tottenham Court Road. Easy walk from station. Staff were excellent and helpful and there was a concierge who could help with bookings and service outside the hotel. I was able to get a late check out free of charge. I would recommend the bar for cocktails in a beautiful setting. Had dinner 1 night in the brasserie and it was excellent. I usually stay in another hotel when in London but would defintely return to Bloomsbury next time. Clsoe to so many cafes, restaurants and shops. Also found an outdoor pool at Oasis Sports Centre about 5 minute walk...

Cons:

Room could get noisy at times as I could hear doors slamming. Not too bad though. Also hot water in shower took ages to come through- meaning the water was running and wasted- not great when London has water shortages.

Exceptional service, lovely food and chilled
Pros:

Absolutely brilliant service from every member of staff and probably the best in London. Seriously. They all have a heart for people which shines through. From Martha on reception to Tanya and Alessandro? to the lovely Romanian waiter ( forgive me but forgotten your name!) and Madeline but again spelling not right who has served my sister and I before. It is one of our very favourite places ever as the food is superb and you are TOTAL STARS. BLESS you all in abundance and THANK YOU for such a special time on Sunday 26 th for brunch. Superb. Of course we will be back as the Dalloway Terrace is a joy and so relaxed.

Charming staff, stylish property.
Pros:

We were in London on a weekend trip for my wife’s birthday, as we’ve stayed before and she likes The Bloomsbury.
The service was charming, and very efficient, with a welcome amenity of patisserie and chocolates and an extra bonus of a bottles of sparkling wine to accompany a birthday message. Our room was generously sized with a stylish bathroom, all the facilities we needed ( safe, Minibar, iron) and efficient aircon and soundproofing. The bed was incredibly comforatble.
The Coral Room is a very stylish cocktail bar, and breakfast was very good indeed.
The standout about the hotel, though, is the staff. There are enough of them to never be rushed or stressed, and so there is always someone to help. They have also clearly been trained to a high standard.
This was an exceptional experience for a special occasion.

Gorgeous boutique hotel at a perfect location
Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous stay. My preteen and I were treated like royalty by everyone at the hotel. The food and service at the bar was top notch.
Heathrow was an easy access, also shopping and theaters are nearby.
I chose this hotel as a closure/treat to our vacation in Europe, I only wish we could stay another night to enjoy the restaurant and the cute small hotel room itself.

PHENOMENAL!
Pros:

A dozen of our sales team from all over the world are staying at the beautiful Bloomsbury Hotel which has proved to be an excellent choice for a group stay and an amazing venue for hosting a party too!
As the planner I wanted to commend the Bloomsbury team on their fabulous communication - from the original enquiry to the arrangement of a block booking for accommodation, daily concierge services and the smooth facilitation of a superbly hosted evening event for 80+ customers and colleagues.
Special mention must be made of Brian in Concierge Services and Aourela in Events Planning who both went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was well catered for. Their care and outstanding attention to detail really made planning a breeze and the whole package was executed perfectly!
Our Director described the full experience as 'top notch' and the staff as 'phenomenal'!
Thank you Bloomsbury - we'll be back.....

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of London
Pros:

This hotel was a wonderful surprise for us. It is perfectly located for anyone who wants to explore London. It is close to many of the city’s main attractions, which are easily accessible on foot or by public transport, making it very convenient.

The hotel staff were always available to help us with recommendations and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The room, the comfortable bed, the high-quality linens, the coffee machine, and all the thoughtful touches and kindness we received made our trip truly unforgettable.

We would be delighted to stay at The Bloomsbury again on our next visit to London and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience.
