Hôtel qui a du mal à justifier ses 5 étoiles.
Pros:

Emplacement très bien, plutôt calme, lits et literie confortable. Le bar est joli, le restaurant a l'air sérieux, le personnel à la porte est accueillant et souriant, les cosmétiques dans la salle de bain.

Cons:

La chambre était très petite, tout comme le lit. La salle de bain vétuste et pas au niveau (raccords de joints et surtout lavabo très mal conçut qui oblige à mettre de l'eau partout). Fonctionnement cryptique pour la douche. Pas d'adaptateur dans les chambres, obligé d'aller négocier pour en avoir un. Personnel accueillant au minimum syndical.

This hotel offers excellent service and convenience.
Pros:

Service was excellent. Location was great, albeit behind a quiet alley, the proximity to train station and shopping area was perfect; the train station that has a direct line (Elizabeth) to the Heathrow Airport.

Cons:

Unfortunately during our stay, the fire alarm was triggered and startled us up in the early morning.

Beautiful area, beautiful stay
Pros:

The Bloomsbury did not disappoint. Its location feels tucked away from traffic and people but in reality you are just steps away from everything. The staff were kind, professional and incredibly helpful. The rooms were extremely comfortable and beautifully designed. The hotel’s restaurant and bar were also top notch. I will definitely be staying at The Bloomsbury next time I’m in London.

Cons:

Can’t think of a single thing that was unpleasant or disappointing.
