There was no hot water for 8 nights, I couldn’t shower, they kept saying the boiler was broken and it will be fixed in 2 days but never got fixed

Nice cosy room
The sponge we had for a plughole and the TV remote from 1994
Did not manage to answer my call. I booked but did check in because the property did not open the door.
Absolutely nothing.
rooms were poorly ventilated and ridiculously hot. Mattress was as hard as concrete and the water pressure for showering was inadequate. Staff weren't friendly and the advertised photo of the hotel is not where you stay. Instead they shove you in a poorly built, cheap building out the back. Lights didn't work and walk were paper thin.
Very easy to access, private parking for hotel residents. Big room.
You have a Tesco 1 min walking and a few pubs near by
Very big windows, but they didn't open fully so inside the room was much hotter than the street.

Comfortable ensuite room, cheapest I could find in Rotherham. Boiler was being repaired when I arrived, fixed next day. Safe parking, 10-15 minute walk into centre of Rotherham. Lots of TV channels, comfortable bed. Tesco express opposite and Greene King Pub/Restaurant short walk away.

No hot water broken kettle dirty rooms bathroom bin with lady's towels still left in bin. Beds very uncomfortable dirty cups and not even teaspoons provided to stir ur brew.
