They had great difficulty finding my reservation
I was left 2 find my own room in the annexe.
The tea & coffee ran out before the end of the first day
The annexe was very noisy, I heard every foot step and alarm clock
The room was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The shower was a bit rubbish and there was a stain on the duvet cover.

Bed was far too hard worse night sleep ever. No spoons or stirrers to stir coffee. Do you actually read your reviews. As others have complained about spoons too.
Liked the location, the fact it was apart from the hotel. It was quite except for weekends
For the owner rude. Told me I had to leave ASAP. I had been there nearly a month. Said the hotel was fully booked. Even though I booked via this app. Even though the site was still showing availability. Even though I was waiting for the completion of my new property, I was in effect homeless. The owner was unfazed by this. Stood over and kept coming back, ate you packed, yet? I'm still waiting for a refund after 6 weeks. I'm owe for 4 days. Told the owner was out of the country. How original. Super quick to take money. But not to return. This site has failed to resolve this issue. Now, I have taken out legal proceedings via my solicitor to recover money owed to me.
I will certainly not recommend this place to others
Half the lighting in the room didn't work. The bathroom was grubby and in serious need of replacing.
The radiator in the place were on full, even though blazing sun outside. Could not adjust or turn off

One of the Rooms had a strong smell of cigarettes, which we changed and the other room had a lot of dirt in the plug holes and around the pipes, also light switch was hanging off, there was also stains on the bedding, rooms never got cleaned
