Pros:

Katie was amazing during our check-in and continued with amazing support during our stay. Very friendly and personable which made us feel welcomed and not as a burden. I’ve told many of my friends how our stay and value of our stay was amazing! I would highly recommend this property. Nothing over the top fancy but checked all the boxes.

I didn't like getting charged double for the room BY THE HOTEL, seriously cant make this shit up. Not to mention the staff just says they'll ask their manager when you ask why you were charged double... I originally removed my review but this is straight up bull ****. I have literally gotten charged double for my stay here. What a scam

Nice hotel
Pros:

Location, breakfast, kiddo likes the pool and basketball hoop. Second time staying here and would again.

Cons:

Pool was closed for half of our stay due to rain. I’d understand if it were stormy but just rain lol

Cons:

Booked two rooms. The room I had booked for my family 2 king size beds was not ready when they arrived at 4.30 pm. The cleaning woman was very rude to them. I found out 60 people had checked out because of a Dream event taking place in the area. Unfortunately we missed the church ceremony as they had to wait and were given another room. Our room had no dryer and I had to go pick up the hair dryer from the front desk. Our room was clean and decent. It’s unfortunate that check-in was 4 pm and the rooms were not ready.

Overall, a really nice place to stay
Pros:

Nice room very roomy, lots of options

Cons:

Coffee pot was outdated and the little dirty classes in the glasses cupboard need to be re-washed, shampoo and shower gel was empty when arriving a staff eventually got it for us

I was comfortable staff was nice and accommodating

The room was okay not very clean bathroom wasn’t cleaned well but nice room with full kitchen

Cons:

No where to grab anything to eat close by had to Uber Eats my meals
