Great Property, excellent service
Pros:

Very nice property in a restored building. Check-in was smooth, and Ali at the front desk was most warm and helpful. Breakfast is good, and dinner at Paul's restaurant was exceptionally good. Will definitely use it again.

Ruhige Lage

Cons:

Tiefgarage war so naja. Aufzug von Tiefgarage nach oben hat nicht funktioniert. Defekte Badezimmer Tür. Matratzen durch gelegen. Überall Netzwerk Kabel neu verlegt in den Fluren. Sachen gezahlt und wurde nicht vermerkt. Rezeption nicht am Aufzug Ausgang. Teppich ziemlich abgenutzt. Mini Bar Schrank Tür ausgeleiert.

Interessantes Hotel, aber nur die Zimmer im Haupthaus buchen
Pros:

Am zweiten Tag habe ich in ein Zimmer im Haupthaus gewechselt, das war sehr schön, das einzige, was fehlt, war ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Das sollte beim Vier- Sternehotel schon Standard sein. Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Ambiente interessant. Ich musste früher abreisen und das war ohne Probleme möglich.

Cons:

Zimmer im Nebengebäude mit Balkon eine Katastrophe. Der Balkon war circa 40 cm breit und voller Vogeldreck, das Klima im Zimmer unerträglich. Man hatte das Gefühl, unter dem (verschlissenen) Teppichboden wäre eine Fußbodenheizung, die nicht auszuschalten ist. Hatte die ganze Nacht das Fenster offen, trotz Außentemperatur von 15°. Habe ich es geschlossen, war es in ein paar Minuten wieder extrem heiß, die Wasserflasche im Zimmer war warm – nicht nur lauwarm. Ich habe noch mit anderen Gästen ein Stockwerk unter mir gesprochen, die mir das ebenfalls bestätigt haben. Außerdem müsste man den Gästen eine Beschreibung bezüglich Tiefgarage geben, es ist nämlich nicht die, die direkt am Hotel ist, sondern in einer Nebenstraße und auch dort war der Parkscheinautomat nicht leicht zu finden. Habe zweimal von dort aus im Hotel angerufen, das wäre mit einem einfachen Erklärungszettel, den man jedem Gast in die Hand drücken würde, wesentlich einfacher.
