Oceanside, CA – Marina / Camp Pendleton

Room 225 had a fowl smell that came from the bathroom tub drain and bathroom sink drain. The first night the hallway was full of marijuana smoke and it was leaking into our room. My husband called the front desk person Sam, who was very rude, and disrespectful to him. My husband went downstairs to talk to someone in person, Sam told him to "Fuck off" and to leave the office. This is unacceptable! Our concern was ignored and handled in a very unprofessional manner. Also, I booked this hotel online under the name Oceanside ca - Marina/camp Pendleton, when we arrived to the physical hotel it said Motel 6. The Motel misrepresented itself and lied us. On the website the room listed there is a microwave in the room. No microwave. We shared our concerns with the manager on duty. We will not be visiting this hotel again!

A large spider was crawling on the ceiling. A roach was crawling on the bathroom floor, but I was able to smash it and flush it away. There were some small black flying insects (not flies or mosquitos>. I was able to catch one and rinse its remains down the sink drain. the other took off. I assume there were more like it in the room but decided not to look for any more, as I was anxious to get some rest.

Elevator is scary

I will booked a king room they gave me an old dirty Queen room. Would not give me what I paid for. Staff was rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't stay here again

A very bad experience The room I received the door room did not closed. I requested a new room. The next day I found biohazard items oil’s and condoms behind the bed frame. I asked for a full refund on my stayed and they refused the front desk person said they can only refund the days that were left from my stayed.

A little sewer smell in the bathroom, but that's it.
