Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en plein centre de Lille. Déj et personnel TOP
Pros:

Accueil particulièrement chaleureux. Le personnel est top, gentil et aux petits soins. Le petit déj est copieux.
Situation idéale. Nous avions réservé le parking via l'hotel, il est juste en face et c'est top. 2 mn à pied et on est en plein centre ville.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol manque de place pour le rangement... peut-être revoir l'agencement des étagères...

Convenient location
Pros:

I had a nice, comfortable room, and the breakfast was good. There was a personal touch with the offer of freshly pressed orange juice. The location is convenient, as it is close to Lille Flandres train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had. The room was clean and had air conditioning.

Cons:

The lift is very small.
Although the hotel is centrally located, many of the surrounding buildings look run down, and there is a strong smell of sewers in the area. I am aware that this is not the hotel’s responsibility, but I do think the city of Lille should address the issue and clean their sewers.

Très bon emplacement. Calme. Plutôt un bon rapport qualité prix. Un gros plus au niveau de l'accueil. Le personnel est vraiment attentionné, service aux petits soins. Je recommande.

Cons:

Tout n'était pas parfait. Matelas un peu affaissé. Rare point un peu négatif.

Hôtel bien placé et séjour confortable à condition de prendre la côté cour.
Pros:

Le lit confortable, la propreté, l’emplacement de l’hôtel en plein centre-ville

Cons:

Le bruit de personnes qui faisaient la fête et qui criaient tard sous nos fenêtres nous a empêché de dormir jusque tard dans la nuit : nous n’avons pas été averti qu’il y avait un côté rue et un côté cour. Sinon nous aurions bien sûr choisi côté cour.

Exceptionnel tant par son accueil que sa situation
Pros:

L accueil jamais vu un personnel aussi agréable et pourtant je voyage beaucoup , la situation géographique de cet hôtel , le prix , le petit dejeuner est très bon avec un jus de fruit frais et des gaufres fraîches

Emplacement en plein centre de Lille, qui permet de visiter toute la ville à pied. Chambres petites mais propres et confortables.

Ascenseur capricieux (j’ai été coincé dedans).

Posizione centralissima. Non ne abbiamo usufruito, ma dispongono di una convenzione con un parcheggio coperto esattamente di fronte alla struttura. Colazione superlativa.

Super locatie, goed ontbijt.
Pros:

Goed locatie. Dicht bij station en. Centrum.

Cons:

De ontbijtruimte had maar een klein aantal normale stoelen en tafels voor oudere reizigers. De rest was hoog of laag en wel goed voor jongeren.
