A 10/10 stay — stunning waterfront views, attentive staff, and an easy walk to Center City.
Pros:

Staff were extremely polite and attentive. Security was great and overall cleanliness was high. Fantastic location- felt like I was on a vacation. Scenery and view- near the waterfront was amazing. Close to public transit--- easy access to Center City.

Worst hotel experience ever
Pros:

When we arrived, the lock on our room door was broken. It took multiple trips to the front desk and about an hour until they finally sent someone to fix it. The room had the worst flushing toilet I've ever seen. After it clogged, it took about 8 hours and multiple trips to the front desk to get it fixed. We made the mistake of eating breakfast in the restaurant in the lobby. The food was expensive, terrible tasting and they served my orange juice in a broken glass. Stay away.
