Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner est fabuleux, très copieux et complet. L'emplacement de l'établissement est excellent pour visiter la ville et la proximité du centre commercial de Rosebank est atout.

Hotel céntrico en una zona con tiendas y ambiente
Pros:

El apartamento que ocupamos tenía dos habitaciones con sus baños correspondientes. Era muy cómodo. Tenía una mini cocina con microondas que nos permitió prepararnos la cena. Está enfrente de un centro comercial con muchas tiendas, a destacar, MTN, donde puedes comprar una tarjeta SIM para usar en Sudáfrica, con buenos precios y buena cobertura , un pequeño supermercado y la oficina de los tickets del bus turístico que sale de ahí mismo. También hay muchos restaurantes y cafeterías. La parada del tren rápido Gautrain, que une el aeropuerto internacional de Tambo con la ciudad, para enfrente del hotel. El desayuno del hotel es completo.

Cons:

Fuimos el Agosto(invierno)y solo había una placa- radiador en la habitación de matrimonio. No daba casi nada de calor. En la habitación de dos camas no había radiador .Pasamos bastante frío. Menos mal que hay mantas extras para echarse sobre el edredón.

Very well positioned next to the Shopping Mall and Medical facilities, doctors, would recommend
Pros:

good breakfast, well positioned close to most facilities , security good

Cons:

Laundry not delivered to your room, you have to pick up from reception! No place to put suitcases. TV very poor reception and DSTV channels need more sport had to call the TV personnel to change some of our channels

I liked that the cheking in process was quick and convenient and the hotels location is a huge plus especially if you want entertainment.

A home away from home in Rosebank
Pros:

I loved that it felt like I had my own apartment, right near the event I needed to be at! Great to have a separate bedroom and the kitchen had everything I needed. Everyone was super friendly and helpful—would definitely book again. There is a supermarket right across the street so it was nice to not have to rely on eating out for every meal.

Pros:

Clean, thoughtful care for clients (hand cream, vanity sachet, sanitary sachet, things to make coffee and tea, hydration station etc), good communication, tastefully furnished and equipped, comfortable space, good lighting, architecture is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, situated in a good area with easy access to shops and restaurants. Majority of the workers were very helpful and courteous even though they seem to be overwhelmed during peak hours at meal times .

Cons:

The glass partition of the bathtub was faulty. Consequently, there was a lot of water on the floor when I was bathing to the extent that I had to mop it so that I didn’t slip. I contacted the person in charge and they said they’ll call someone to look into it.
The air-conditioner was leaking water which spread water on the floor. I had to put a towel on the floor to prevent the water from spreading in the room.
The micro wave wasn’t working; it took some time to resolve the problem. Consequently, I lost appetite and didn’t enjoy my dinner.
Breakfast was passable but needs to be more varied, especially the cooked dishes. Eating the same things morning after morning became unappetising. The beans was too salty. Dinning room was too small for the size of the hotel.
Dinner and lunch services were too slow because priority seemed to have been given to clients who ordered room service. The first evening, I met some clients who said they had been waiting for their food for almost I hour. Therefore, I cancelled my order and dined elsewhere.
I was shocked to learn shortly before I checked out that a bill of 800 Zar had been put under my name. It was later discovered it was a mistake. All those things created stressful conditions which made me not to fully enjoy my stay.
