Inmejorable ubicación y muy confortable
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Está muy cerca del microcentro, de los teatros y a metros de Galerías Pacífico. Un gran punto a favor es que pudimos llegar caminando desde la terminal de Buquebus y evitar los taxis del puerto, la mayoría pistoleros.

La cama era muy cómoda y la temperatura de la habitación, perfecta.

Cons:

El ascensor es demasiado pequeño y lento.

Cons:

Cuando reserve por booking decía tasas e impuestos incluidos Cuando hice la reserva me cobraron el 21 % de IVA. Se supone con impuestos a todos más aún el IVA que es bastante ( 21% ), lo cual no está aclarado. Publicidad engañosa de booking

Estadía agradable
Pros:

La habitación de tamaño standard, con camas muy cómodas. Un detalle que valoramos fue la existencia de una jarra térmica, tazas, vasos y cucharas para junto con una pequeña variedad de tes y endulzantes.
El desayuno rico y variado.
La atención de todo el personal del hotel muy amable.

Cons:

Poca luz en la zona del espejo del baño así como en el ropero.
